Bed bugs...!!!! In the evening, I found a bed bug in my bed. When I crushed it, blood came out, clearly not mine. This completely ruined the stay and made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hostel

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY. Woke up with huge swellings on all over my body. Thought they were mosquito bites. But the second night I caught many "BED BUGS" in my bed. The swellings were extremely itchy and disturbing so I had to go to emergency service. I was prescribed by the doctor. Even after 7 DAYS there are still red and itchy spots. Spent so much for taxi and medicine.(Hospital bill I am not even sure how much it will be) The hostel did not even respond to my email. Opportunistic facility with terrible customer service and CARE. - Other than BED BUGS, they require 10 euros deposit for a simple locker key and 5 euros for card to enter your room. So if you are in vienna for short period of time you need to withdraw 15 euros in cash just to enter your room and leave your stuff there. - Wifi disconnected often - Have to do your own bed, return the sheets. So if you check in or out late at night good luck.
