Piqûres de punaises de lit sur les pieds, je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit. Cadre sympa, petit déjeuner et billard mais il faut régler ce problème

Nous sommes arrivé en pleine nuit avec le bus de nuit qui venait de Thakhek. Nous n’avons pas passé la nuit là bas. Il y a des punaise de lit. Ce n’est pas la première fois l’hygiène laisse à désirer .. heureusement la réceptionniste nous a remboursé l’intégralité de nos nuit. Nous avons changer d’hôtel en pleine nuit. Être infesté de punaise de lit en plein voyage c’est catastrophique.. malheureusement ce n’est pas la première fois pour cette hébergement que cette situation arrive. L’endroit avait l’air chouette c’est dommage que l’hygiène n’y était pas.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Had bed bugs, owner did not want to give us a refund and made us cancel the booking so we could not leave a review on Booking.com. Staff laughed at us when we told them about it and were very rude in general.

**Bedwantsen** Vermijd dit hostel en zorg dat je in ieder geval niet op kamer 202 ligt! 2 uur na check in wilden we gaan slapen en er liep een bedwants over mijn bed heen. Als je ze ziet, zijn het er sowieso meer. Personeel mocht van de eigenaar niet annuleren en was niet behulpzaam. BLIJF HIER WEG!

Arrivée tôt le matin avec un bus de nuit, arrivé à l’hôtel à 7h30 du matin mais chambre disponible qu’à 14h. Très compliqué d’attendre la chambre un Check in vers 11h aurait été souhaité. Établissement sale, pas entretenu. Salle de bain communes sale, mauvaise odeur ++ dans les lavabos et douche. Le ménage n’est pas fait. Nous avons changé de chambre pour la deuxième nuit car réservé au dernier moment. Dans cette deuxième chambre, nous avons trouvé des punaises de lit. Nous avons pu changé directement de chambre, mais je n’ai pas l’impression que le personnel sait ce que sont les punaises de lit et comme c’est difficile de s’en débarrasser. Je ne comprend pas trop les bons commentaires. Les photos présentés sur booking sont anciennes et les chambres ne sont pas toutes comme ça. Établissement à fuir

Unfortunately I am here to corroborate a lot of others experiences. If you are reading this, cancel your booking and go elsewhere. STAY AWAY. Apart from the extremely nice staff there is absolutely nothing acceptable about this place. It needs to be systematically gutted and rebuilt because there are some deep issues in the bones of the building. The smell truly is horrific. When I turned on the shower the hot water entering the drain heated up the wastewater and it smelled like sewage. It literally made me gag. The bathrooms have 0 ventilation and as a result are a depressing, damp, and smelly place to be. This is an easy one to solve - knock a hole in the side of the wall and let it BREATHE. The only good thing about the room was the air conditioning. Otherwise the furniture is old and the smell of the damp is everywhere. It was so bad when I woke up this morning that it made my stomach sick. The most damning thing though is that we were attacked by bed bugs. This is a major issue. The staff took it seriously and moved and refunded us but it’s still a symptom of a much deeper issue of poor hygiene and bad maintenance. I have stayed in some absolutely diabolical hostels in my time, and this one is up there. It’s a shame because the building itself is big and has character. It could be airy, well decorated and cool, but everything is just so dated and unloved. You would be better off spending more money and staying somewhere you’ll actually be able to get a night’s sleep.

It is not really the place to be if you want to meet a lot of people. The mattress is not really clean, but at least no bedbugs.
