    PLEASE READ!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!! Whatever you do , do NOT stay here. Choose a smaller boutique hostel instead. Take this as your sign, do not stay here. First, the WiFi didn’t work for us for 3 days and the cell reception is awful. We quite literally had no way to use our phones at all in this hostel. Second, the front desk staff is SO RUDE!!!!! Maybe it’s a cultural difference thing for us but every time we talked to them, they were so dismissive and completely awful. Every problem someone had, they blamed it on the guest and took accountability for nothing. Neither did they provide solutions, just “figure it out, sorry” Third, this hostel is MASSIVE. It’s like an extremely bad Disneyland hotel. It’s hard to navigate and nothing ever works. Elevator barely works, the ATM was out of service, sauna and indoor pool are out of service. It’s a MAZE. Please take my advice, and stay somewhere smaller, like a boutique hostel that’s locally ran. Lastly, on our last night, we went to the front desk to try and trouble shoot the WiFi issue. The guy was so awful to us and we walked away, but as we were doing so, we saw a young student approach the front desk with bed bug bites ALL OVER HIS FACE!!! It was AWFUL!!! The front desk said to him, “sorry, that’s not us. Not trying to make you feel bad but that’s not our hostel. Wash your clothes” WHAT?! Who says that to a young student with bed bug bites all over his face from YOUR HOSTEL!!!! I’ve stayed in dozens of hostels all over the world and this is by far the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Please don’t come here.

    I stayed here recently for 3 nights. Right away being on the bed, I felt extremely itchy, Sure enough on the last day, I get a bed bug bite on my hand. I show it to staff and all the manager offered was another room but no refund, even though I told her I felt uncomfortable sleeping another night. So, we take the other room. The shower was flooding and I was standing in clogged water, and the shower door broke off. The next morning, I got 3 new bed bug bites and my husband got 6. Very upsetting.

    While I did get bed bugs here, it actually did not have too bad an effect on my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful with taking care of the bed bugs, and were not dismissive at all. I was almost immediately moved to a new room, and was given a refund on laundry needed for bed bugs. Giulia & Alezandra in particular were super sweet and helpful! Service was great, overall cleanliness was great, and it’s in a great location, absolute max. 30 minute walk from all attractions.

    Sadly I got bed bugs when I stayed there. There were also hairs on my bed, which is why it didn't seem very clean all in all. However some features like the pool were very cool. The hostel wasn't very social though. Value for money was good, but be careful when checking for bed bugs. I didn't tell the staff though, because I realised too late. I don't know how they would have reacted.

    I left room 12 with bed bugs bites all over my body!!!!! I can’t say much about the good side of the place after this experience

    This hostel is great, amazing location and great facilities. Really good showers! BUT, I think they may have a bug problem. On the days I was here I woke up with new bug bites each morning, a huge one on my hand and now some on my face. I checked for bed bugs, and I don’t think it’s that. I did notice on several occasions bugs flying around the beds, however. Overall, I think it’s a good hostel, I recommend it. But, I do think this should be looked into.

    I have NEVER had an experience quite as terrible as this one. Which is just truly unfortunate, because the potential quality of the property is SO HIGH. If this place had some employees with heads on their shoulders, things could be great. But instead, it takes an ABSURD amount of time to check in, I got told I can’t fill up my water in the Cafeteria.. and to walk to the other side of the Hostel to do so. Also I witnessed staff tell a lady it was her fault she got bed bugs!!! Lol wtf?!? TLGO…

    I found a bed bug while sleeping, it bit me, so I went to the front desk and they changed me to a smaller bedroom, only problem there, that the air conditioner sounded so strong that it seemed like a plane taking off. What they said in the front desk was that they had never had bed bugs and someone sleeping there before me should have brought it, so I just had bad luck. Who knows....
