Si pudiera no dejar estrellas lo haría.Fue la peor experiencia de mi vida.Fuera de q las instalaciones son sucias y viejas los baños un asco compartidos entre H y M la cocina es mínima y las habitaciones son sucias sin luz en las camas te sientas y te golpeas la cabeza con la litera de arriba(yeso que mido 1.50)me robaron mi valija desde adentro de la habitación.Una huésped.El hostel no hizo nada por ayudarme y me responsabilizo a mí por no haber guardado en locker q es diminuto NO ALOJARS...
If I couldn't leave stars I would.It was the worst experience of my life.Outside the q the facilities are dirty and old the bathrooms a disgust shared between H and M the kitchen is minimal and the bedrooms are dirty without light in the beds you sit and hit your head with the top bunk.My 1.50-foot-tall son stole my suitcase from inside the room.A guest.The hostel did nothing to help me and I blame myself for not having kept it in a locker.
Lugar es muy pequeño para la cantidad de gente que alberga. Las instalaciones de baño escasas y sin limpieza. La cocina comedor muy pequeña solo puede almorzar 6 personas. El ruido de trenes terrible no se puede descansar sumado a los autobuses. El personal poco amable en especial la señorita de pelo corto y anteojos. La ubicación es buena pero no segura después de las 11pm. No vuelvo más a ese lugar. Todo el encanto de Londres se desvanecía el solo pensar que debía volver a ese lugar.
The place is too small for the number of people it accommodates. The bathroom facilities are scarce and unclean. The kitchen dining room is very small alone can eat lunch for 6 people. The terrible noise of trains cannot rest with the buses. The unfriendly staff especially the short-haired lady and the glasses. The location is good but not safe after 11pm. I never go back to that place. All the charm of London was fading away just thinking I had to go back to that place.
The hostel is pretty much a house w a bunch of bunkbeds. I was on the 4th floor & the closest outlet was all the way across the room so there was no way to charge my phone safely at night. Even with a lock, you can’t lock the lockers - they just don’t close. There is one bathroom on each floor & the 4th floor has a toilet then down the hall is the sink. But if someone is showering, you have to go to the other floors to use the sink. They say there’s free wifi but it didn’t work on the 4t...
Había leído en las reseñas que había ruido por el tren, pensé que eran exageraciones de la gente pero finalmente lo comprobé, es insoportable y ni con los tapones que te dan alcanza. El wifi funcionaba muy mal y a las habitaciones prácticamente no llegaba. La limpieza de los baños es pobre, y el personal no es muy colaborativo. Lo único destacable es la ubicación, está cerca a pie de la mayoría de los lugares icónicos, o a un metro de distancia. No volvería ni recomendaría
I had read in the reviews that I had heard about the train, I thought they were exaggerations of people but finally I found it, it is unbearable and not even with the plugs that give you reach. The wifi worked very badly and the rooms practically did not reach. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is poor, and the staff is not very collaborative. The only thing to note is the location, it is within walking distance of most iconic places, or a meter away. I would not return or recommend it
I stayed five days there. Very unsafe. Beware of your belongings. There’s a thief who’s gonna break your lock. Obviously the hostel is not gonna do anything and they don’t have a camera. Super boring hostel. Zero social. No common room. No staff is gonna help you. The bed is awful and shaky. You cannot sit properly cuz it’s gonna hurt your head. Eu estive no hostel, não me deram orientação nenhum, não me mostraram quarto, não me apresentaram o hostel total, além de tudo a mulher que fez a limpeza não certificou que eu ainda estava no hostel limpou a minha cama e minha sandália 🩴 sumiu, procurei saber e o cara disse que ela guarda, eu dormir com pessoas desconhecidas e ninguém mexeu nas minhas coisas
I was in the hostel, they didn't give me any orientation, they didn't show me a room, they didn't introduce me to the total hostel, besides all the woman who did the cleaning didn't certify that I was still in the hostel cleaned my bed and my sandals sumiu, I asked and the guy said she was guarding, I sleep with strangers and no one touched my things

BEDBUGS ALERT!! During my stay at The Walrus, I found bedbugs in my bed. The staff’s response was shockingly indifferent; they simply told me to shower and change beds. With no on-site laundry, I had to travel 20 minutes to clean my clothes, wasting my time and money. The ordeal disrupted my stay, causing significant stress and sleepless nights. The overall hygiene and maintenance of the hostel were questionable. I would not recommend this hostel due to poor hygiene and unresponsive staff.
Lovely staff and a cute, clear atmosphere. However, it was so loud (it’s directly next to the train tracks) that we decided to leave as we knew we couldn’t sleep.

El hostel esta en inmejorable ubicacion. Si no estas en el hostel todo el dia (natural si visitas londres), el ruido del tren no afecta. El personal es muy atento. No esta mal
The hostel is in an unbeatable location. if you are not in the hostel all day (natural if you visit london), the train noise does not affect. the staff is very attentive. not bad.

El personal súper amable , limpieza regulera …. Los baños muy justitos…. El desayuno bien … está muy apegado a la estación de tren de Waterloo y aunque te avisan de ello .. el ruido que hace el tren es exagerado…

Overall good stay! Awesome location for seeing the sights. It is right next to Waterloo it’s loud (but they were kind enough to provide ear plugs!). Stuff was super nice and nice bar downstairs! Only complaint was the bed - the sheets had stains and the bed quite literally had a permanent dip in it so it was super hard to sleep on.

No tenía expectativas y realmente me sorprendió para bien. A 5/7 minutos andando del Big Ben. Los baños limpios y las duchas también. Volvería sin dudas.
I had no expectations and it really surprised me for good. 5/7 minutes walk from Big Ben. The clean toilets and the showers too. I would definitely come back.
I would go back the next time I were in Belgium. Everything is top north for a hostel. Kudos to the black guy at reception.
This hostel was incredibly well located. Staff were very helpful and the hostel had most facilities you'd want (no laundry, but did have directions to a nearby laundromat). The main issue was how close it is to Waterloo station and how much sound got through windows into the room. Trains run from 6am to midnight, which meant it was pretty impossible to sleep at those times (even with earplugs, which the hostel does provide).
Great stay for our family! The trains were notable but tolerable. The pub is cute and the staff welcoming! Super location!
Super localisation, à deux pas de BigBen ! Accueil très bienveillant :) Gare Waterloo à côté très bruyante, casi h24 mais des bouchons et après une bonne journée de marche, on dort quand même !

The hostel is in a good area, close to a lot of attractions and train stations. There is free breakfast but it’s just bread and fruits. The showers and toilets are awful. In a room with so many people it gets so loud even in the middle of the night as the beds are all so close to each other. The storage lockers are mostly broken and small, and you need to bring your own lock.
Prima hostel op een ideale plaats in de stad. De bar onder het hostel is gezellig. Wel mist er een loungeplek voor de hostel gasten. De keuken is goed en heeft veel spullen! De kamer was waardeloos de bedden staan in rijen opgesteld waardoor je aan 2 kanten mensen langs je heen hebt lopen, daarnaast staan de bedden los, dus dat wiebelt. De badkamers en wc's waren altijd smerig, binnenkant deuren zijn nog nooit bekeken en de haren liggen overal...
Nice hostel in an ideal location in the city. The bar under the hostel is cozy. Well there is a lounge area for the hostel guests. The kitchen is good and has a lot of stuff! The room was worthless the beds are in a row arranged so that you have 2 sides people have walked along you, besides standing the beds, so that wiebelt. The bathrooms and toilets were always dirty, inside doors are never looked at and the hair is everywhere...

Most toilets didn’t have a place for the toilet paper to sit so it was on the window behind the toilet. Showers and bathroom felt dirty. Beds were veryyy squeaky. Stayed in the 6 bed and the room was tiny, we could only open one of our suitcases at a time and it took up any space that was in the room. Lockers were small and half of them didn’t work. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but was good enough to start the day.
Excellent in everything
Location is nice, close to everything but in my room there were a bed bugs on my neighbors bed. She couldn’t sleep and the emergency number wasn’t working. She got bites all over her body and had to stay up all night. After that news sleep wasn’t be nice

A wonderful hostel stay! The bed was a little hard and droopy, lockers only fit smaller locks, I'm sure it gets very hot in summer and there I think someone broke in or was just really drunk the first night as I heard loud banging and yelling for a solid 15 minutes the first night I was there. Other then those things it really is a lovely stay especially for the price. My "roommates" we all pretty chill and it was a fun mix of ages. Breakfast was a appreciated, would rec!
