Facility cleaning is zero and the worst for till now.

The dirtiest hostel I’ve ever been in. Grime everywhere, stains on the toilet, sticky floors, and smelly. The paid breakfast ran out halfway through — not worth the money. I was also the only woman in the mixed dorm which felt uncomfortable. Really unpleasant stay.

The staff were really nice and helpful but the place was disgusting. The floors of the hostel were covered in dirt, the toilets were all broken or clogged with stains all over the bowl, the trash was overflowing from the trash cans with sanitary products strewn all over, the showers were covered in black grime all over the floor and walls. There were also a lot of creepy people staying there, which isn't anyone's fault, but made it feel unsafe. I would advise to stay away from this place.

Kicked out at 2am without any email notice and left without a place to sleep for the whole night halfway through our stay, all for the vague reason of having found 'bugs'. No compensation was given other than the extremely bare minimum which is the paying back of the days we didn't stay there. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hostel and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I stayed here on June 29th, 2025, during the summer, and it was a complete disaster. I booked a bed in a 12-bed dorm, but the room was extremely overcrowded and clearly not designed to hold that many people. I was placed in a top bunk of what seemed like an illegal bunk bed setup. The room was unbearably hot – over 30°C – and the smell was overwhelming. It was impossible to sleep, so I ended up spendin...

Wasn’t a great hostel. Got put in a mixed room as a female with 5 other males yet other dorms had an even mix. Our roof had a sun roof so we were awake with the sun so in May that’s EARLY. and the train rail is right next to it so you’ll get shaken every-time a train comes past. Staff were nice but locker room is downstairs so be careful with suitcase. Lockers make you pay for 24hr periods in full yet reset at midnight so you’ll lose money. Overall quite a bad stay.

I had a terrible experience. On my last day in London, I had to switch to a hotel. The room was hot, smelled bad, and had no ventilation. Sheets looked dirty, bathrooms constantly smelled like urine. No privacy curtains—I woke up to a girl staring at me, really creepy. A group of teenagers made loud noise, ran through the halls, banged on doors, and shouted late into the night. It was impossible to relax or feel safe.

You’re not going to get much for £14 a night in London. Value for money, it’s great. The whole thing just needs modernising, and the downstairs chill room needs a clean. Lots of rubbish and rubbish bags left when I went to use it. One or two staff could also be more friendlier.

The stay went well in general except that one of my friends could not come for a family emergency. The bed that had been paid for was re-rented and I was not reimbursed.

If you dont mind sharing a room then this is ideal. Everyone kept self to themselves. Nice pub downstairs with complimentary drink. access to property 24/7 with key cards which handy after a night out.

I stayed here for 4 nights in a female 6 bed room and had a perfectly pleasant experience. The room was airy and bright and on two of the nights I was the only one there. The bathrooms were fine, when there was an issue I was able to report it anonymously and it was resolved promptly. The showers were good, clean and with hot water. The common room downstairs did the job, though the small fridge was filled with food. Staff were very friendly. Location by station + bus nearby so super convenient.

There was no heating in the room through out the night in this cold weather. There was no hot water in this cold weather. I also told this the receptionist while checking out which he accepted to forward to the management. Old age men were in the room, one of them was sleeping on the bed assigned to me. Later my bed was changed although I asked to change my room which was denied. If they improve above things I’d stay again because of the location.

What a great experience I had at your hostel. The location opposite the train station is incredibly convenient for traveling in and out of London. I also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I look forward to staying with you again in the future!

Spacious rooms, great building and team very nice!

Great stay, friendly team on arrival and helped me with any questions I had, comfortable beds and the rooms were quiet, got a good sleep!

Loads of creepy guys!! For the love of God, if you’re a girl on your own just pay extra and get a mixed female dorm

greenwich is not that central but DRL railway links it to the city, not much problem w that. it didnt have regular hostel atmosphere which i think also because of its location not being that central. Still, toilets and showers were quite clean. if London central branch turns out to be expensive in ur days, this one may very well be stayed at.

Awful. Loud karaoke music blasting so people can’t sleep. Bathrooms were atrocious. staff was great!

The bathrooms were disgusting and it was freezing in the rooms, the staff were friendly but that’s about it

The staff was so amazing and very helpful!! We went to a concert at the O2 and it was only a 25 minute bus ride so very good! The hostel had decent amenities and the bed comfy. Would definitely be back, thanks to the staff for being so great!
