This hotel is right in the center of Budapest by the market and our room was relatively clean. There were some signs of wear and tear (where walls needed to be repainted). But the biggest problem is that there were bugs in the bed. I had bites on my legs and arms.

Staff were very cold and unapproachable, bed bugs were found on the bed. Cleaners were making rude comments about how we left our room messy , even though me and my friends were sharing a room with other people and they didn’t say anything to the others.Don’t recommend.

The location is really good. Good walking distance to almost everything. The rooms are clean, and when we experienced a suspicion of bed bugs the cleaning staff came immediately. There could be a couple of chairs in the room and maybe a mini-bar. The staff are very friendly and helping. For longer stays it would be nice to get cleaned the room every other day.

La estancia ha sido muy linda, porque ya he hecho una reseña muy positiva de 5 estrellas, pero desde la segunda noche me han empezado a salir picadura en las manos y la cara y la última vez que he tenido algo similar, fueron bed bugs. Desde la recepción no hicieron nada de nada. Una de las chicas apareció e hizo como que levantó el colchón, pero nada. No me pidieron disculpas,no me cambiaron de habitación, ni siquiera me cambiaron de cama, habiendo una libre. No estoy para nada satisfecha con este servicio. Es sólo estar para el check-in, sino también para cuando surgen problemas, y no lo supieron abordar.
