    I saw a live bed bug in my room in the hostel and the worst part was the reaction (or lack of reaction by the staff). They offered me free breakfast, a room switch, and access to the laundry but I ended up leaving early because not only did they not inform the other people in the room that there was a bed bug they added someone in the room on the SAME day! That was not only unsanitary but beyond negligent. I had to be the one to inform the people bunking with me that the bugs were there.
