- Me cancelaron una reserva 2horas antes el día de Nochevieja.... Las habitaciones sucias y dormir en el suelo y el colchón es lo mismo.

- Detestei o ambiente, os wc’s não eram suficientes para todos, a cozinha estava imunda, os funcionários eram super antipáticos, os quartos eram demasiado quentes e sem ventilação.

- Сусіди (дівчина з Фінляндії та хлопець з Канади, познайомились в номері якраз під час мого заселення) вирішили влаштувати ніч кохання просто під моїм верхнім ліжком. Вибачте, але якщо вам так хочеться зайнятись коханням - знімайте окремий номер. Дуже неприємно чути стогін і відчувати як моє ліжко дрижить. Я плачу за можливість відпочити, а по факту - виспатись не вдалось. Номер 108, ліжко F - максимально непродумане. Щоб покласти свої речі в ящик спершу треба здогадатись що його нема в ліжку, а випадково знайти при вході. Ну і максимально неприємно вразила ціна оренди рушника - 16 злотих! Ви серйозно? В душовій нема куди покласти речі, поличка в самому душі але туди не покладеш наприклад телефон. В кімнатах між туалетом і душом взагалі нема куди покласти речі окрім маленького рукомийника. Неможливо нормально висушити волосся - у фенах спрацьовує захист від перегріву, довелось ходити з кімнати в кімнату. Просила нижнє ліжко, бо маю проблеми з колінами, а отримала верхнє. Лише місцерозташування дає гарне враження. Але навряд ще повернусь.
- I paid extra for a private balcony, but it was filthy — covered in cigarettes and bird droppings. Completely unusable. Hidden kitchen fee and rude staff. I don’t recommend SafeStay Warsaw.

+ Location
- I stayed at SafeStay Hostel in Warsaw and was disappointed to learn upon arrival that there was an additional fee to use the kitchen — something that was not mentioned at the time of booking. In eight years of travel, I’ve never encountered such a policy. When I raised the issue, the staff’s response was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend this hostel.
+ The location near the city center
- Don’t go there if you expect even a minimum level of cleanliness. I was bitten several times by bedbugs, and I spoke with another guest who had exactly the same issue in a different room. In two days, the shower wasn’t cleaned — there were papers inside — and the toilets were also dirty. I’ve rarely seen a hostel in such poor condition. I even decided to shorten my stay and went somewhere else. I do not recommend it. Of course, the problem isn’t the staff working on site, but the managers and owners really need to question themselves and take responsibility.
+ It was close to the old town.
- The rooms were way too crowded. I know these hostels need some tolerance to each others but here the rooms so small that the two bunkbeds barely fit in the room, there was no space under the beds to open the drawers fully. So whenever you have to get to your luggage you will 100% anhelpfulnoy your roommates. In that corridor where I lived there was one toilet and two showers for 28 beds. The stuff is not aware that they are in the hospitality industry, not helpful at all. The romance of ruin pubs are not based on negligence.

O hostel é muito bom, a cama era confortável, os lençóis estavam limpos, tinha cortina...a casa de banho era fora do quarto e só tinha um chuveiro e um duche pelos 2 quartos de 6 pessoas cada que havia no piso, ou seja, é muito pouco oferta em termos de WC. De resto, tudo ótimo. É mesmo no centro da old town o que é fantástico!
The hostel is very good, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, it had a curtain...the bathroom was outside the room and only had a shower and a shower for 2 bedrooms of 6 people each that were on the floor, so there is very little on offer in terms of WC.
Overall okay hostel, a bit pricey for what you get. The bathrooms are not the nicest, could be cleaner and one of the walls was falling apart.
Everything was good mostly. Maybe it is in an old building, but the shower water temperature would fluctuate between super hot and super cold moments after you would set it where you wanted it. Additionally, the plumbing was not the best. Both my shower and sink drains would be super slow to drain. Again, besides those things, it was a good stay. Great location tin Old Town, Warsaw!

The location is really good. I wish they could provide a padlock for the locker. Right now, you need to carry your own pad locks
This hostel has a fantastic location for exploring Warsaw. The environment was social, and the hostel provides lots of opportunities to socialize and to explore everything that Warsaw has to offer. The facilities were good and generally clean. My only criticism was that towel rental and luggage storage seemed a bit overpriced, but I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and comfortable bed. Shared toilets and showers were never very clean.
Terrible rooms and very dirty toilet. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper because hostel does not offer it or just forgets to it in the toilet.
Amazing location and the staff were friendly and helpful. However unfortunately the showers and toilets were really dirty and the kitchen/ social area had a foul smell
Great location, and staff. Rooms and beds are great. Every bed has an outlet or two, a light and large storage area. Plus floor luggage storage. Washrooms were decently clean but did smell a bit. Simple breakfast in the morning was worth the money. Atmosphere is really chill and cozy, although it is not a party atmosphere. Kitchen and laundry facilities are available too. Will come back if I’m in Warsaw in the future!
It’s pretty convenience, right inside the old town area. Outside with restaurants and small supermarkets. Cleanliness not that good for both bathroom and toilet. Should clean often for so many people to use. Kitchen quite dirty and the kettle was so gross.
Horrible night, but it was not completly the hostels fault. If you are a light sleeper I will not go for this hostel. I got woken up by a random woman asking me about weird stuff. People come home random times, turn on the headlight. Also the bed rollers are super noicy, so you will wake up from that. Worst night of sleep I’ve ever gotten. But the hostel is located nicely in warsaw, the staff were nice, not much activity, they said there would be quiznight - then there wasnt. Antisocial hoste...
Är det inte sant att det inte finns några handdukar på ett hotell? Jag skulle hellre sova i en park än på det här hotellet. Dessutom gick jag en natt tidigare trots att jag betalade för det. Jag åkte och sov på ett annat hotell, och de gav mig inte ens pengarna tillbaka.
Is it not true that there are no towels in a hotel? i would rather sleep in a park than in this hotel. besides, i went a night earlier even though i paid for it. i went and slept in another hotel, and they didn't even give me my money back.
This hostel has very small mattress and a weird bed shape. despite having the space for a bigger mattress, they have made the mattress small. The pillow was small and mushy. Couldn't sleep well for all three nights. Toilet is just one for God knows how many rooms. The location is good. This hotel is not worth the money it charges.
