+ good location, nice receptionist, and evening music

- The smell in the room was awful; there was mold everywhere, the pillows smelled disgusting, and the bed too. We asked for cleaning but didn't change much. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

+ Very expensive for what you get. Very noisy, no window to keep open to change the air in the room overnight. Impossible to sleep because of the noise coming from outside, the room got a door overlooking the cortile, it is like you are sleeping in the cortile

- Beds were put very close together. I was unlucky with noisy people in my room, but that's of course the risk of a hostel. What I really didn't like about this hostel was that you could only use the ensuite bathroom, that was a toilet and shower in one. You can never use the bathroom when someone is showering or brushing teeth or anything. No communal toilet or whatsoever. There was a girl in my room occupying the bathroom and she said afterwards, "oh sorry, sometimes I like to sit on the toilet, and then I fall asleep". My bladder was suffering. 😂 Also it wasn't very clean. I didn't feel comfortable at all in this hostel. And I've been in many in my life! Staff was friendly though!

+ La ubicación es lo único destacable del lugar, pero la habitación era muy incómoda, cuando lleguen habían huéspedes tomando y escuchando música muy fuerte, no había control de eso, lo cual me hizo sentir muy insegura de dormir allí

- no me quedó claro que tan limpia estaba la cama, la seguridad dentro de la habitación para una mujer era NULA, jóvenes tomando cerveza y vino en ella.

- Le fait que nous avions demandé une chambre pour 3, et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre où 2 autres personnes y étaient....dont une jeune demoiselle c'est inconcevable, voire nulle de votre part , je pense qu'un descriptif plus précis aurait été plus respectueux envers les personnes qui vous font confiance....

+ Friendly staff They provide towels and shower gel, overall clean

- Female solo traveler: be aware that there are only mix rooms and that you will have no other option. That is very disappointing… I arrived in the evening and did not had any other option than to sleep with only men in the room. Even after communicating that this situation was very uncomfortable nothing was done to change or improve the situation. I’ve slept in many hostel and this was the first time I faced this context…. I would have appreciate to be notified beforehand.

- I didn’t like that the beds are less than 30 cm apparat in a row so imagine if you have two people snoring loudly next to you.

+ The location is great, close to Palermo Centrale Station, lots of restaurants nearby

- The beds are to close to each other

+ La gentilesse de l’accueil personnalise les chambres spatieuses avec chacun la salle de bain cuisine bien equipee jolie decoration bibliotheque avec le guide du routard francais qui m’ a ete tres utile

- Juste le salon dans l’entree un peu impersonnel mzis ca allait quand meme

+ Great location, Pietro was super nice and welcoming.

- At night you could hear some people celebrating outside and it sounded like the washing machine was on all night. But all of that was totally fine because of the location and the nice host

+ Todo estupendo, habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

- Debería haber un baño en el hall principal (solo hay en las habitaciones) por si está ocupado el de la habitación. Cobran 4€ por dejar tu mochila unas horas… creo que no es necesario

+ Fuimos 3 personas y la habitación estaba limpia con espacio suficiente. Baño grande. Todo limpio. El personal encantador. El desayuno incluido muy bueno para calidad precio!!! Volveremos

+ Good bed (single beds, no bunks), blankets, air condition working nicely. You get the towels, there’s blankets if you need any (I visited in march it was rather cold at night). Very nice staff, very helpful! There’s a little kitchen, a few tables to sit at. It didn’t feel like a living room though, it was hard to socialise because of this. Anywho it wasn’t the biggest problem ever. Great location.

- I was leaving early but saw an information on the board that you have to pay 4€ if you want to leave your bag after the check out. That’s something I dislike about all the places doing it. After all you’ve been a guest there so leaving your backpack for a few hours after the check out should be free.

+ Dobra lokalizacja. Wygodny materac.

- Ustawienie łóżek mogłoby być inne, bo miałam do wyboru łóżko przy wejściu do pokoju albo wejściu do łazienki. Klimatyzacja bardzo głośna i nie dawała ciepła.

+ Disponibilità cucina. Atmosfera da ostello. Disponibilità delle persone che seguono la struttura. Cura quotidiana delle stanze e del bagno.

+ Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Pokoje czyste. Większość zdecydowanie na plus.

- Czystość w kuchni. Brak poszewki na kołdrę.

+ El lugar es excelente, cómodo, limpio y muy tranquilo, está muy bien ubicado, céntrico. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes cerca. Los lugares turísticos están a pocos minutos caminando. Recomiendo el lugar 100%.

+ I stayed five nights at this charming hostel in Palermo, and my experience was perfect. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, the rooms are impeccably clean with fresh towels every day, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

+ Było czysto, łóżko było wygodne, obsługa bardzo sympatyczna.

- Nie było ciepłej wody.
