TERRIBLE customer service from one of the receptionists, was yelled at like he was my mother for 20 minutes straight to the point another staff member had to take over. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
super expensive place for last minute booking and not worth the price. 12 bed dorm is very spacious like a big hall with beds on the side with good storage under beds. interesting people in my stay made the experience not social at all but that depends on the time. good kitchen space. at the time there was 1 shower for two floors which is not ideal. nice location though and walkable everywhere
worst hostel I've ever stayed in...we booked ensuite bathroom, turns out there was no ensuite bathroom. One of the two bathrooms on the floor had no soap or mirrors. The atmosphere here was gruesome. Cherry on top was the fire alarm drill at 7 in the morning on our last day... and the staff was fully incompetent... unbelievable

Price per night was the same as a hotel, but the experience was far from that. Rooms were unbelievably hot with zero ventilation, my bed was a third tier wooden trunk which made things worse. Bathrooms and showers were dirty, and many toilet facilities were out of use.
Waited almost an hour to check in, bathrooms were clean but the showers wouldn’t drain, no locks on room doors, and you can see into my bed from the door. Found a used nicotine patch on the floor next to my bed. All of these would be acceptable if they charged half of what they did. Friendly staff.
The service is terrible, I booked for 4 days online, I was late for one day and the whole booking was lost, how is this possible, I paid for 4 days, what difference does it make whether I arrived on time or a day later, I booked, I was very upset to pay again
I arrived and rang the buzzer 10 plus time and no answer I had to sleep on the street

Nice bed and have a bit of a pod. Also had pool table and table tennis. Other than that terrible shower sucked, had to hold the button down entire time, key cards didn’t work multiple people knocking on door in middle of night. Only 1 of staff was actually pretty good.
great location, really clean bathrooms and comfy beds with curtains for privacy :) it was just not very social but if your looking for a chill place this is just right for you! i enjoyed my stay here
A good place. Convenient and clean, value for money. I wish there were more activities conducted like other hostels too. There also needs to be more showers in the hostel as at one point we had to take turns waiting for the shower.

Really enjoyed my stay! Beds were comfy with blackout curtains for good privacy. Lots of common areas and the staff were lovely. Had big kitchen area with fridges and freezers, and kettles and microwave. Only thing missing was a cooktop, but could make do without it. Good value for money.

Really enjoyed this hostel overall. It’s very clean, the rooms are nice and roomy, and the beds are honestly super comfy. We did have a leak in the roof which gave us a bit of a free waterfall every night, but they chucked a bucket underneath it so it wasn’t a big deal. It’s an old building so there’s no elevator and a fair few stairs, which was probably the only downside. Other than that, we loved the place and the location was amazing!
Water was dripping from the roof into a bucket all night in the middle of the room. Dorm beds are oymtherwise good and offer good privacy. Cleaning could have been better and toilet and shower facilities were few and old. Location was great.
I enjoyed my stay. Nice, comfy beds with an effective privacy curtain. The room was spacious and quiet. The locker was effective but remember to bring your own key. Nice to have a plug socket and a usb insert as well. The communal showers and bathrooms were adequate. The laundry wasn’t as good as there was only one working washing machine and dryer. There was a kitchenette space with microwaves, kettles and commercial fridges which is great. Staff were helpful as well. Overall a pleasant stay!
like to say the front of house staff are extremely professional and polite, especially Roberta she always very helpful. A very good hostel for staying in I'll definitely be staying there again
Good location, but the bathroom doesn’t work. It’s the same price as a hotel, considering that in a hotel you have a private room for the same price and it usually includes breakfast or at least coffee. We stayed in a room shared with 12

The hostel is grate, clean and with all you can need, only maybe the kitchen not have a lot, microwave and little oven but it’s ok if you stay a few days. the bad about this hostel is that there’s no social life, everyone mind his own business and that’s it, someone can find this good but personally I don’t enjoy this, this hostel doesn’t really have the spirit and soul of a real hostel were you socialize and make friends with cool people.

There is no escalator. Separate bathrooms and showers. Loved the decor of the place. Wasn’t creepy and would definitely stay there again. Close to everything.
