There were cockroaches and mosquitoes

Extremely poor arrangements, they don't have enough bed but accept extra bookings and don't even have basic facilities for providing good locker. Extremely unsatisfied with the service they offered!

No locks on the doors, staff tried to charge us more than website app showed and the restaurant upstairs is barely functioning with over 1hour 30 mins waiting time for breakfast

The owner does not give correct information initially. I had booked 2 beds in 4 dorm room. We reached hostel at 8pm. Owner made us to wait till 9.30 pm saying there the room alloted to you is locked & the others 2 guys who were staying in that dorm - have taken the key with them. Then he allots 2 beds in 6 dorm room. The AC turned off in 5 mins. At mid night 12 - he allots other room for us after complaining about AC. The other room AC also turned off. Worst experience in this hostel.

Overall I had a good stay, but it was too expensive for the value: Full of cockroches Dirty room and washrooms, no soap Old facilities (my locker was hard to open, my bed was moving, ac was not working) No kitchen I still had a good stay, the staff was attentive

Owner helpful and friendly however we had a four night stay booked and had to change rooms after the 2nd night because they told us our plumbing was leaking into the room below. The new room AC didn’t work - came to fix it but couldn’t sort it fully so we had no control over temp or speed - full blast or nothing. Restaurant really needs improvement. Raj was very welcoming and helpful by sorting out trips to the Aarti and Sarnath temples. The cafe on the top floor was a nice space to chill out. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the ghats. The building does not have much soundproofing, meaning you can hear the street noise everywhere. There was a temple outside playing very loud music all day long for a festival which made trying to relax impossible.

Really good spot but hygiene definitely an issue there was a mouse running around for a few days and my bedsheets were questionably clean. Overall very good. Pool table which is fun

property is alright. but they could take more care of cleanliness. specially with bedding sometimes they don't change it. I saw it many times.

It's not a youth centric hostel but more for senior citizens.

Hostel was great for stay but it is 2kms away from ghats and you cannot take an auto there so the only option is to walk all the way from Ghats to the hostel. If you don’t have any health issues then you can easily book this hostel. Overall environment, rooms, staff, facilities are very good. The hostel manager Raj is a very humble person. They also have a cafe at the top where you can chill and eat.

The hostel is generally nice and in a good location. I am not sure if they are updating their name but you need to look for the sign 'Nomads Stay'. However, it lacks self-catering facilities which it says they have. They also do not have a washing machine or a laundry service as it suggests online. The Wi-Fi is intermittent and frequently was off when I was there.

The service here is genuinely incredible. Staff go out of their way to help you. People are very friendly. You can find people who speak good English at the check in desk. It’s very clean

Kleines unbelebtes Hostel. Gut 15-20 min Fußmarsch vom Haupt Ghat entfernt. Zimmer klimatisiert, klein und ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen

Nice Hostel/Rooms for a good price. The stuff is really helpful and super friendly!!! Restaurant upstairs is also good :)

One of the cleanest hostels I have visited in India. The staff are welcoming and warm.I stayed in an AC dormitory room. The bed was comfortable and the two attached toilet rooms are clean and spacious.They also have a newly renovated cafe but menu can still be improved. I heard from them they are still expanding the food menu.Wifi also works well and the location is very good. 15-20 mins walk from the ghats.

I was a bit afraid about the location at the beggining, but actually is super close to everything. besides that, the rooms ans bathrooms are great and the stuff is the best. Raj took us to someplaces just to show us around, without charging us or anything. also we were super dumb and dorgot some things in the room and they were so kind that they even sent it to goa for us. totally recomended

This hostel is great value for the money, it has a nice atmosphere and it is really close to everything you need to see ass well as to almost everywhere you need to eat at. Cleaness is good for the standards
