good hostel - the stuff is helpful and nice. Its not a very social hostel. sadly I had bed bugs in my bed -I changed the room, the new bed was bedbug free.

Hay chinches en las camas, amanecí lleno de picaduras y cuando se lo comenté lo único que me dijeron es que me fuera cuando quisiera, les enseñé la factura de una crema que había comprado para las picaduras y se negaron a pagármela al igual que a lavar toda mi ropa que había estado en esa cama…Pésimo

everything was 10/10,except they have BED BUGS

BED BUGS first of all. The room was stifling hot at night. The prices of Tuk Tuks booked through the hostel are a rip off, which we unfortunately fell for on our first night. Feels very seedy. We only got a half hearted apology from the staff when we mentioned the bed bugs during checkout. Do not recommend.

Kinda weird vibes as only middle aged men in the bar and we had bed bugs… so not great. But staff lovely and food menu insane.

This is definitely a budget hostel. Rumors of bed bugs but I slept there three nights and was fine. The showers are great, the beds get pretty hot at night if you close the curtains. I booked last minute and it did the job, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend.

Bedbugs. Stay away. Woke up with bites and found one crawling next to me. The hostel wouldn’t even wash my clothes in their washing machines that they use for the sheets. They wanted me to stay in the same bed?!? No place/common room to hang out without drinking, only the bar. Even though the area is next to the national museum and palace, it’s the red light district. Beware, all massage places in the area are not only sketchy, they are also scams. That’s honestly the kind of information I would expect to receive from a normal hostel when checking in: “Don’t go to the massage places, they steal your stuff” but there was zero introduction to the area, city or hostel itself. Not for those traveling around trying to find that travel community.

Room has a strong smell and the bed was full of different hairs, second time I sleep in this place and that night there were a lot of bedbugs, when I was leaving I asked for some hot water and they refused.

I hate to give properties a bad review, but I will say this one was in a particularly bad state when we arrived. We were on the 3rd floor, it absolutely stunk of cigarettes and the bathrooms were a mess. The night got worse as when I went to my bed it was evident that there were a large number of bed bugs. I quickly told the hostel to move beds but there response was the walk upstairs with a can of bug spray, intending the spray the bed I was about to get into, they had no extra rooms.

Cosy bed booth and good showers. Only downfall was that I had bad bedbugs on the last night. The staff were all lovely and helpful and the food was very good. Great atmosphere!
