- Il Wi-Fi non funzionava decentemente e siamo stati costretti ad utilizzare la connessione dati più volte. Gli asciugamani e la biancheria del letto non sono state mai cambiate durante i 5 giorni di soggiorno e la stanza non l’hanno mai pulita, entravano solo per svuotare i cestini. La colazione che avevamo incluso nel prezzo non era a buffet, ma alla carta e si poteva scegliere solo una portata di quelle incluse nel menu breakfast. Personale poco cortese e poco disponibile. La nostra stanza era piccolissima e chi è troppo alto avrebbe fatto fatica ad adeguarsi. Sconsiglio vivamente per alloggiare!

- Sve mi se nije dopalo,uzasni ljudi uzasan smestaj !Osoblje katastrofa dok sam cekala toliko su bili neljubazi da nisu znali da ih sve razumem …. Zalosno kako sami teraju turiste.Za lepo ponasanje treba da uvite od komsije Srbe i Makedonce.
+ L’emplacement est top! Ils ont gardé nos bagages en consignes quand on a quitté la chambre. Les lits avec tiroir de rangements très pratique. Les prises usb pour charger le téléphone et les prises sur chaque lits, même ceux de dessus. On a adoré être ensemble à 8 dans la même chambre.
- Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude pour prendre la douche. L’eau est glacée. Le ménage est vraiment négligé. Seul, les lits ont été fait et les sacs poubelle chargé. J’ai trouvé des cheveux dans les tiroirs. Sur un coin de lit on a trouvé une chaussette sale!! Une serviette sale trainée dans la chambre et sur un bureau il y avait des bouteilles de boissons entamées !! Mais comment la personne a pu changer les draps sans voir tout ça?!!! La douche est insalubre, les joint orange et y de la moisissure. Je me doute bien que si vous n’êtes pas capable de ramasser une chaussette, des cheveux, une serviette et des bouteilles, vous n’allez pas vous baisser pour frotter le carrelage de la salle de bain… Non je ne recommande pas!

- Got charged a room twice in October, immediately told the reception, they said that they would refund it. It’s been over two months and many messages, haven’t received my money back and now they deleted the conversation via booking.com!
- Warning: Don't trust the hostel's staff and cleaning personnel here. I do not recommend this hostel. I had to report to the police because I lost some of my belongings after they cleaned my bed before the check-out date, and I suspect foul play. The hostel was confused about my check-out date, and after cleaning my bed one day before my scheduled check-out, some of my personal items, including a swimsuit, bath towel, underwear, and charging cable, went missing when I returned at the end of the day. I had been staying there for several nights, and my belongings disappeared only after they cleaned my bed; before that, everything was fine. I inquired about the whereabouts of my belongings, and they repeatedly claimed not to have seen them, suggesting that someone in the room might have taken them. However, I can't help but wonder if the cleaning personnel might be involved, either intentionally stealing or accidentally throwing away my personal items. It's hard to believe that anyone would want to take used underwear, which makes their explanation seem suspicious. It appears highly likely that they made a mistake and didn't want to admit their error or make amends for the loss.

Very well located, central to everything
Auberge au top, très bien située à Zadar ! La chambre était très cosy, on se sentait comme chez soi. Les salles de bains communes étaient toujours propres, c’est très appréciable. Le personnel de l’hôtel s’est montré très sympathique !

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in so far. The dorm was very clean and spacious, well equipped, everything was working perfectly (lights etc). The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe there and would definitely recommend it.
Would definitely recommend and would want to come back to if I ever found myself back in Zadar. Super friendly accommodating staff, clean, nice facilities and great location downtown

+ Зручне розташування хостелу в старому місті. До всього легко і швидко дійти: до органу на набережній, до туристичної агенції, до центральних туристичних локацій. В кімнаті достатньо місця, є просторі шафки для речей. Спальне місце має шторку, що створює приватність. Туалети і душові кімнати на поверсі чисті. В будинку є ліфт. На кухні можна приготувати їжу і просто провести час у зоні відпочинку. Є внутрішній двір. Після часу виїзду (10.00) можна безкоштовно залишити речі. Нам все сподобалось, дякую за гостинність!
