The hostel itself was ok even though I was itching hopefully because of mosquitos not bed bugs… But what I really didn’t like is the woman who works there. OMG, I’ve been to so many hostels but never faced this kind of attitude. And, travelers, don’t buy any tours with this hostel because if you don’t like the tour, you gonna have problems with this hostel. So I left negative reference to the tour I booked from this hostel. Next morning she arrived to my room threatening me to delete the review or she is going to call the police. I wanted to wait for the police to see if they take me to jail for writing negative reference… the situation was so weird. She was screaming at me at her Vietnamese language and all I heard was “police police police”. Wow! It was the first worst stay in my life. I’ve never seen how a person can transform from angel to an evil and you can see it in her eyes! Now I need to pray to million gods and ask them to protect me from that psycho lady! But, honestly, guys, I don’t recommend this hostel. There are so many nice hostels in CatBa for the same price. I got a relief in Napoli hostel to be honest. They treat you as a person!
