Bed bugs:( Got bites all over my body

I WOKE UP WITH BED BUGS BITE! DON’T STAY HERE

I had a horrible stay at this hostel. The place is dirty, damp and mouldy everywhere. Arrived at around 1 am and the staff were accommodating in waiting up for me but it was downhill from there. I had originally booked into an 8 person dorm but was told that if I checked in after midnight I would have to stay in either a 4 person dorm (€5 extra) or private dorm (€10 extra) to avoid waking others but that I could move to an 8 person for my second night. I was exhausted after 11 hrs of travelling but couldn't sleep because of how cold it was (despite wearing a thermal top, a hoodie, tracksuit bottoms and fluffy socks) and a horrible stench coming from my duvet and pillow. I originally thought it hadn't been washed and was sweaty but now I wonder if it was just damp. Then next morning I wanted to leave as I've stayed in some dodgy hostels and can put up with most things but an unclean bed is too far for me. I asked for my money back for the second night of my stay. John tried to show me the 8 person dorm but I was not interested as I had been speaking to people from that dorm who found bugs in their bed (not bed bugs, just regular ones but it put me off even more). John told me that in order to give me my money back I'd need to cancel my booking through booking.com. I said I'd stayed one night so maybe we could amend it but he insisted on cancelling it. I then said I would cancel it. While I was cancelling it John left and didn't return for about 20 minutes. When he came back he said I had cancelled it incorrectly and would only give me €5 back when I would have paid €15 for that night. I also did chance asking for my money back for the first night but I was told it was my own fault that I had stayed the whole night and I could have called him to fix things in the middle of the night or leave. Extremely disappointed in the stay as the photos looked acceptable but are cleverly taken to not include any of the mouldy areas. Never got my money back.
