Central Sapa Serenity Homestay

Only stayed for 1 night , 2 bugs crawled on me at night, my curtain was broken and was woken up with loud workout class music nearby .. lockers are too small for bags so everyone’s stuff was everywhere

Very basic dorm room, but exactly what I needed after arriving very late on a sleeper bus. The owner was super accommodating in letting me check in late. Would definitely recommend, and it’s even walking distance from most bus drop offs

Stayed just one night but it was clean and comfortable. :)

The location is great, staff are friendly and helpful and the bed comfortable. It’s less social because there isn’t a common area but you can still meet people in the dorm. There are private rooms available on the upper levels that looked quite nice. It is located up a quiet street with a pretty outlook. They also let me leave my backpack behind the front desk overnight while I went on an overnight hike. Would highly recommend

I had excellent stay. I was coming later Win gave me clear instructions on how to enter. The bed of comfy and the bathroom clean. Right off from the centre of Sapa well located. It does offer breakfast but lots restaurants choices near by.

I only stayed for one night and booked because it said 24/7 reception and I was arriving 1am from a sleeper bus but then got confused because it said check-in was until 11pm. I emailed beforehand and they were super nice, gave me all the check-in instructions/ codes etc. it was raining so I was struggling with the keypad and I messaged them and they helped straight away! (They must have control of the front gate from their home). They let me store my luggage the next day too. :)

Super freundliches Personal, das bei allen Belangen weiterhilft. Keine große Lobby vorhanden oder viel Raum um sich im Hostel aufzuhalten.
