The location was good - We found bed bugs in our room - WiFi does not work in the rooms - AC is not strong enough to cool the room

The location AVOID AT ALL COSTS — BED BUGS!!! We found bed bugs in our room. There was no one at the reception to help — when we finally reached someone, they just said “oh ok, bye.” No apology, no assistance. We asked for a refund, and it took over an hour in the heat just to get a partial refund. During that time, they didn’t offer us anything — no water, no tuk-tuk, no new room, no laundry service… nothing. The staff clearly had no idea how to handle the situation, and when they called the manager, she was rude and unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay far away WIFI was poor. Pool was disgusting.
