+ En el anuncio ponía habitación con balcón cuando llegamos nos encontramos con una habitación que no tenía ni una ventana ni punto de luz. Un zulo. Aún así he de decir que la canada era muy cómoda, estaba limpio y la habitación tenía muchos detalles para los huéspedes. El desayuno bien. La persona que atiende por la noche hosco y maleducado. Les reclamamos que la habitación no correspondía al anuncio y echaron las culpas a Booking por publicidad engañosa.
- El anuncio no se corresponde con la realidad. La habitación no tenía ni una ventana a pesar de ser una habitación Deluxe con balcón. El personal de la noche hosco. No atendieron nuestra reclamación al decirles que no era ese tipo de habitación. Situación desagradable.
I can't believe that I had such a horrible experience at this place given all of the other positive reviews... I booked through hostel world and arrived early in the morning after a night bus. I wasn't permitted to use any of the hostel facilities until after check in. This is a relatively expensive hostel in cusco and the first place that was not welcoming upon arrival after a long night bus. They also prohibit you from using facilities after check out. This should be clearly stated on host

- This was easily the worst place we've stayed in Peru. The reception is not staffed, so there's nobody around the vast majority of the time (besides a guard to let you in/out). Nobody checked us in or responded to our messages via booking.com, so it took hours to get basic things like towels. The lady who did come briefly in the mornings was really rude and gave us competing information. Despite the cute decor, the rooms were not well maintained (broken furniture and safe, bathrooms smelled of mold, etc). The breakfast was terrible (milk products sat out for hours, coffee was undrinkable, hot food looked re-heated from multiple days) and it was SUPER loud in the rooms. From 5:30am onward we could hear literally every movement and conversation from the dining area. We paid $250/night to stay here because we wanted a nice place for NYE, but we stayed at far nicer places in Cusco for $50/night.
The staff not friendly. The duvet cover is not clean. The room and bathroom are not cleaned every day. The bath water is not hot.
We stayed at Gaia for three nights and it wasn’t a pleasant stay. We could check in early, which was nice, but we found a vape in one of the beds and some random litter - clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were comfy tho. It’s written that towels are included and that payment by card is available - both not true. The place was very cold, both in temperature and overall atmosphere. we had one of the suits and it was more or less okay. unfortunately the showerhead and the bathtube where extremely dirty. the showerhead was covered in mould and dirt and there where lying multiple dead ants in the bathtube. we didn't shower then but reported to the receptionist (who was most of the time asleep). the next thing was, that the emloyees where having lunch-break and could not give us a propper check in. but why are there check in hours from 1pm on? made no very good impression.
Hostel was in a good location and decently nice, but the small lockers tucked under the dorm beds in a tight area made it very hard to use w a backpack. Also, the owner of the property (more than 20 years older than me) sent his female employee to ask me out on his behalf to drinks. As a young solo female traveler this was obviously uncomfortable and inappropriate, but also seemed like a toxic and bad work place as I felt really bad for the employee sent to ask me.
cheap Hostel with breakfast included. shared Spaces were Not completely clean and the vibe was a bit weird sometimes. The Location is really good in the middle of san blas which is a cute Part of Cusco and only a 10 min Walk from the Main Square

Very cute lady with her little daughter running the airbnb, it's like a house not a hostel, with warm showers and good pressure. I would come back. I would only recommend to make the breakfast just a little bigger, now it was just bread with jam and coffee or tea.
Could use an update overall! But staff was nice and our room was huge. If I could leave any tips it’s throw away the throw blankets on the end of the bed and use pillow protectors.

Loved this hostel. Amazing location, great value, so clean, hot showers, and adequate kitchen facilities for cooking. Lovely staff too. Highly recommend to relax in Cusco.

An amazing small hostel in the heart of San Blas with some amazing cafés closeby and the most amazing hostel staff. If I ever come back to Cusco it will be to this place for sure
Je recommande cet hostel, tout était parfait!! Le lieu très propre, calme pour bien se reposer, le lit très confortable, la douche chaude, un bon petit déjeuner… Le seul hic était que la cuisine manquait un peu d’ustensiles.. mais était quand même pratique pour se faire des bons petits plats! Un grand merci à Miriam pour sa gentillesse, elle est toujours de bons conseils pour les activités etc ou même pour discuter!! Gracias Miriam❤️

Der netteste Hostelbesitzer, den ich jemals getroffen habe. Eine absolute Empfehlung!!!!
Sehr nettes Hostel in einer der schönsten Gegenden Cuscos. Die Doppelzimmer sind sehr gemütlich und auch im kleinen Innenhof kann man gut Zeit verbringen. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nichts besonderes und auch die Küche hätte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein können. Rundum aber eine solide Unterkunft.

erg mooie en rustige plek. prive kamer en badkamer waren erg ruim en netjes. personeel dacht mee en was zeer aardig.
Hostal was fine however the staff forgot i already paid, they also charged my friends twice because according to them they didn’t pay already. However they did. Before even asking their other co workers they insisted that it wasn’t payed yet and were not helpful to try to find a solution. Very defensive and not kind. No English either. No cameras at the reception either

We stayed here 3 times whilst in Cusco! The staff were really helpful and the hostel had a super chilled vibe making it a good place to relax between hikes / trips. We were also able to leave our luggage there for free which we really appreciated.
Nice hostel in a cool part of town. I liked the dorm beds they are very comfortable.
Hostel tres sympa, avec petit déjeuné compris. Les dortoirs ainsi que les chambres privées sont très corrects. Seul point négatif, ce n’était pas toujours très propre dans la cuisine ou la literie. Cependant c’est un très bon hostel en soit :)
Lovely hostel, central to San Blas area with lots going on. The ensuite private room was great and spacious.
