OkiDoki Cusco Hostal

The WiFi connection in the room is terrible. The room next to the street is noisy. The kitchen is locked from 10pm to 12 moon,don't feel free to use kitchen. Hostel offer breakfast but you can't find stuff at breakfast time and kitchen is locked!

Upon check in I tried to pay, but was told to pay later. On my final night the lady asked me to pay and I said extend me 2 more nights. However her price was much higher than it should have been. It was because she was trying to charge me what I already paid hostelworld as a deposit. After ten minutes (no exaggeration) of "arguing" she agreed I wouldn't have to pay the deposit. She then changed the room price of the extra nights to 50% higher per night. Higher than hostelworld. I left!

There were mix information about check-out time, free breakfast and laundry price, no one gave the save answer. The room we had was next to the street so super noisy and there was a window in the roof, nice for natural light in the day but not as good to sleep in the morning.

Would not recommend. Was given so much contradicting information: hostelworld says free breakfast, was told on day one there was no free breakfast, then on day two there was free breakfast but my room wasn’t on the list. Then checking out, hostel world says 10 in one place, but 11 in another place. On the door of my room it said 12. Staff came in room at 10.30 and said I was late checking out. Also, only mens toilet is downstairs, a solid minute walk from the furthest bedroom.

Mossing kitchen utencils, no towels, really bad breakfast. Also kitchen was closed all morning untill 12 witch is stupid af.

Muy maja la recepcionista. La habitación individual dejaba mucho que desear. Se escuchaban los ruidos de la calle porque había muchos agujeros en la pared

1) i extended by one night at the hostel and paid. they forgot to record that I paid so a staff member confronted me that I’m supposedly thieving a night and pressuring me to double pay. Told her to call her colleague that I paid for proof and she constantly said no. 2) bought an overnight guest, they supposedly said that I need to pay double my private room rate now for this when there was nothing that implied this on the rules/policy. 3) their airport transfer they arranged never arrived

Nice hostel close to the city center of Cusco. Common areas are clean and it is quiet in the hostel. Laundry service is offered and well organized. However, there was some miscommunication about breakfast being included or not and when I had to check out. Also, the WiFi did not always work properly and I had to ask to put on the showers because they were initially off. Additionally, I think it’s a pity that I could only shower paying 10S on the day of my checkout after a trip to Laguna Humanta...

Hostel was very clean and the staff was so warm and helpful. Located a Short walk from the Main plazas and equipped with a kitchen which is rate for Cusco. Can’t complain about the price either

Great value for what you pay. In a surprisingly nice building with courtyard! Staff was accommodating and welcoming, other guests were friendly and rooms + bathrooms are clean. Only issue could be that it gets very light in the rooms as soon as the sun is up and there's no curtains on the beds. But still, 100% recommendation!

This has been my favourite hostel ! The staff truly make you feel like family, and go out of their way to address your needs. The beds are so comfy & the vibe is great. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and loved the opportunity to yarn and connect w other travellers ! would recommend 100%.

I immediately felt like at home because of the warm welcome from the owners!! The hostel is a beautiful colonial house in the center of Cusco and its also very close to a travel agency where we organised our trips. Totally recommend and would love to come back!!!

Overall a nice hostel, everything is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's not a super social hostel, but got everything you need to be chill in Cusco.

This was a lovely place to stay in Cusco. Very close to the main bits of the city. I had a very reasonably priced private room. Showers are lovely and hot and the WiFi works well. The staff are lovely and make you feel very at home. There is a quiet communal courtyard with places to relax and a shared kitchen and living room. Would definitely stay again :)

I had an amazing stay here in the super reasonably priced private room. Really nice communal central courtyard area, everything was super clean and really nice hot showers. The main highlight was the staff, especially Roberto and Marcia, who were so friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at OkiDoki, it checked all the boxes for us and is amazing value for the $. -nice courtyard with rooms circling on 2 levels -good security, front door is always locked and desk staffed 24/7. Only once we had to wait 10 mins to be let in. Luggage storage is dummy locked however. -staff are all really friendly, kind and helpful -hot rain shower on a 10 min timer - kitchen guests can use after 12 noon - if light sleeper, floors do Creak and on a busy street!
