+ Pensavo fosse meglio… un disastro!!
- Non hanno pulito la stanza privata in 4 giorni. Non hanno fatto caso a nessuna delle nostre richieste.
- Tengo que decir que no es un lugar adecuado para quedarse cuando uno viaja para hacer tours todos los días donde tienes que despertarte a las 4 am siempre. En el lugar hay ruido constante, música a todo volumen justo a lado de la habitación todas las noches, lo que hace muy difícil descansar después de cada tours para recuperarse. De 5 días que estuvimos 3 días no pudimos dormí absolutamente nada. Tiene un perro (que no es culpa de él) pero ladra casi todas las noches si parar y nadie del staff se encarga de calmarlo. Tuvimos inconvenientes con el agua caliente en nuestra habitación ya que el agua de la ducha no calentaba incluso después de hablar con el staff para solucionar el problema. Pensamos que la ubicación del hotel sería ideal para evitar el ruido pero lo fue así, además queda en una ubicación a 10 min caminado de la plaza central, que no está mal pero por la altura te puede afectar en la caminada al hotel ya que queda en una subida inclinada. Además tuvimos dos inconvenientes on los tours que reservamos con ellos. Si están buscando un lugar tranquilo donde puedan hacer los tours y descansar, este no es el lugar.

- In my 2 months trip throught Peru it is the most expensive-worst experience I had in a double bedroom. 20 sol charge to change my first bedroom (I changed because for 150 soles I expected the room to be quiet but it is build right in the middle of restaurant and terrace with no sound insulation! Seriously… And the second I took (for 160 soles) was big but had no windows, smell of mold, it feels like a cave, the bathroom is to tiny you can’t even put your stuff inside, the flush wasn’t even working normally, one of the two bed lights wasn’t working…. For me my stay in this hostel was a disaster and a lost of money. I wanted to stay 4 nights but I left after 1. I just can not believe they charge so much for this! It does not deserve this price, 80-90 soles at most Also, the behaviour of the staff was unprofessional and I felt like disturbing a group of friends that had others things to do !
There was toxic sulfide gas leaking in the room, which burned the eyes & lungs. I had to find a different hotel on short notice. The property owner did not apologize, and refused to refund the money for the night the room was inhospitable.

- - laute Musik von zwei verschiedenen Seiten des Zimmers und auch noch unterschiedliche Musik - Musik von morgens Punkt 8 Uhr bis mindestens 23 Uhr. - sehr hellhörig - WLAN quasi nicht vorhanden - Restaurantbesuch wurde verwehrt, weil 6 Gäste erwartet wurden. - kaltes Zimmer, da Steinwände Perfekte Unterkunft für Leute, die gerne lange wach sind, sehr früh aufstehen und Party machen wollen.
Aceptable para pasar la noche, aunque el ambiente parece más enfocado en lo “instagrameable” y el marketing que en la esencia viajera. Algunos miembros del staff fueron muy amables, pero la comunicación en los cobros fue deficiente. El segundo día pedimos saldar todo lo acumulado, ya que no sabíamos cuánto más nos quedaríamos. Al final nos quedamos dos días más, y en el check-out nos informaron de un cargo pendiente de la primera noche, lo que generó confusión e incomodidad. Una m...
- Que el cuarto que nos dieron estaba alado de la cocina y bar . Donde se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que conversaban ,ollas servicios y en la noche no se podrá dormir por la música . Esa habitación está en muy mala ubicacion . Pedí que me devolvieran mi dinero pero me dijeron que no se podía porque booking decía que no era reembolsable ,cuando yo no hice ningún pago con booking solo reservé pero el pago se lo hice aparte fuera de bookin por yape. Sinceramente nos sentimos incómodos que ni siquiera nos dio ganas de usar sus instalaciones de ocio . No es como me lo había imaginado . Mil veces es mejor quedarse en el centro ya que la ubicación también es mejor y hay que hacer muchas escaleras para llegar al hotel .

- The location, so difficult to find & the hike going up (with our luggages/bags) was so challenging, we had palpitations! Likewise, room wasn’t soundproof as we could hear the noise from the restaurant/reception at night, hence we didn’t sleep well. Also, the staff didn’t answer most of our messages promptly. But when we called to ask to book the taxi, so far they replied right away. But we had arrived late, and the pathway was dark. We went out for dinner & when we came back, taxi driver didn’t know the place & stopped us at a different accommodation so we got lost in the cold. Good thing there was google maps & had to ask a local where it was. Also, we left early for our tour the next day, 6 to 8am & breakfast was not yet ready & no packed breakfast possible. You have to wait until around 8am when staff starts coming & will be able to make breakfast.

The breakfast scenario: drinking my tea, a fresh juice, having some eggs and avocado while hearing the water splash, the birds shirp and the wind in the trees... The view on Cusco with the rising sun is only the cherry on top! The accommodation has a good energy. I woke up rested every morning. The entire sight has a splendid atmosphere, with vibrant in- & outdoor areas, good music, and a fire place I absolutely adored. The area is super popular and a hotspot during the day & its easy to access.
I really loved the uniqueness of this property. I stayed two nights and although it wasn't the most social, I did love it being more tucked away from the hustle of the main tourist areas. It's also a great location if you're wanting to see Sacsayhuaman. I will say that I did get pretty cold at night (went in the beginning of May) and had to wear pants, a hat, and a sweatshirt. I think they could benefit from some heavier blankets.
Schöne Zimmer, etwas kalt in der Nacht aber es gibt Extradecken. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und bemüht. Frühstück war lecker. Super Aussicht, ins Zentrum geht man ein Stückchen.
Lugar con una vista increíble sobre la ciudad, situado en uno de los barrios más bonitos de la ciudad. Las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables y disponibles. El desayuno es muy rico y empezar el día comiendo enfrente de esa vista merece mucho la pena!
I am so grateful that I got to stay in this magical place. The staff has been so kind and helpful Sol (receptionist) has been so beautiful and Oscars food truly delicious and nurishing. The atmosphere is lovley and the setting breathtaking. With a beautiful view close to a little waterfall and still so close to the town centre. And on top of that the beds are super comfortable and soft. I can only recommend staying at Supertramp. Also felt incredibly safe as a sole traveling woman!

Super recomendo o SuperTramp!! Além de ter uma energia mágica e um espaço com a vista linda da cidade toda de Cusco, o pessoal te recebe com muito carinho e o espaço muito bem cuidado e pensado pra se sentir cômodo. Se está buscando vibe boa, passeios maravilhosos e conhecer pessoas incríveis, esse lugar te entregará! Voltarei com certeza.
Es un lugar mágico, la vibra se siente desde que llegas, todo el staff es super amable, la comida deliciosa, las camas super cómodas con cortinas y una vista insuperable de Cusco, lo recomiendo totalmente, te sientes como en casa ❤️
Süßes Hostel mit guter Lage. Es war ein bisschen kalt nachts. Es gibt einen Hund, der auch im Hostel chillt. Würde wieder.

amazing location, right next to the archeological sights in town! very friendly staff, good to get a beer with.
15min walk from the main plaza, but all up hill. View overlooking the city was amazing, and being a bit out of the main center created a relaxing atmosphere. The dorm was spacious and clean, comfy beds and warm shower. However traveling in January, the hostel was pretty empty and there were no events/activities making it hard to meet others while traveling solo. If you’re looking to meet others and be in the city center this isn’t the place.

+ Comfy beds, curtains available, good locker space size, quiet neighborhood
- Everything extra was charged, a towel, a locker, breakfast. You have to go uphill to get to the accommodation. We were told by external references that the hotel had amazing new years party and dinner, so we booked here regardless of the price that seemed high for a shared bedroom, there was no party and dinner had an extra cost of 70 soles, we decided to eat for less at a restaurant.

+ Super friendly personnel, helped us arrange things. For example allowed us to do some hand wash. Nice view from the hostel over the city. Clean and tidy. Nice restaurant.
- Walk up from downtown, but it’s worth it :) Can be bit noisy if you want to sleep in time, but not deal breaker for us
