Globetrotter Urban&Hostel

Giving a few points for the staff who were clearly trying their best, the location which was very close to downtown, and the that thus far we haven’t had bedbugs. The facilities were so bad it bordered on unsafe. Water was dripping from light fixtures into grimy buckets on the floor, creating slick patches right in the walkways, and the outlets kept sparking a concerning amount. From a gross perspective, there were old contacts crusted onto the shelf near my bed, the bathrooms literally had toilet paper shoved in doors instead of locks, and more. I’ve done a lot of backpacking and a few Caminos and stayed in some bad places, but this was particularly gross. Not taking points off for this, but also it was incredibly loud, so pilgrims be warned!

Clean (no bed bugs) and very conveniently located. Priced well. Washroom was a bit dirty
