+ Nice location

- One of the worst hostel experiences of my life. I saw a giant cockroach and a small lizard in the bathroom area, which made using the bathroom very scary afterward. There were only two toilets and two showers per floor, and they were not very clean. When I was trying to sleep, two male roommates came in smelling strongly of weed. I did not feel safe and would not recommend this place.

+ At check-in, at the reception they give you a paper sheet to read and sign, stating that there is a possibility of bed bugs in the beds. You won't get a refund for the room rate if you decide to change accommodation. I asked the receptionist if she could give me a room without bed bugs. I spent the night in the 6-bed dorm. Within a short time, staying in the bed, I was surrounded by dozens of bed bugs crawling around in the bed. I immediately moved to another free bed in the room. But after a few minutes, bed bugs crawled out of the mattress there too. I immediately moved to another free bed a third time. This bed was also infested with bed bugs. So the receptionist knew very well about this. Apparently, the bed bug problem has been going on for a while. But nothing is being done or cleaned. Also there are no refunds and there is no possibility to cancel in booking. They continue to sell dorm beds on Booking, even though the problem with bedbugs has been going on for months. So it's kind of a scam, I think.

- No me llegué a alojar porque tenian chinches. Esperé durante 2h para hacer en check in y no me informaron sobre este problema hasta que entré en la habitación (otra de las chicas que había dormido en esa habitación nos enseñó sus picaduras). Otra chica y yo decidimos irnos, buscando otro alojamiento en el último momento. Me dijeron que entendían nuestra decisión y que la devolución del dinero la tengo que pedir mediante booking. Hice toda la gestión y booking me informó de que el alojamiento no acepta devolver el dinero. Son unos ladrones mentirosos que solo les importa el dinero y no la seguridad de sus viajeros

+ Location is the only good thing about this place

- AVOID ! Beds are rocks solid and infested with bed bugs, when trying to get hold of the property as I had to leave at 1am they didn’t bother to get in contact with me. The showers and rooms are dirty and there’s a sever bed bug problem. Complete health hazard.

+ Good location but very loud. The staff was helpful and friendly.

- This place is not good at all! The whole place has an awful sewage smell. The water in the shower only worked for 2 minutes before it ran out. My bed was like concrete and the floors were really dirty. The whole bathroom has mold and is very unclean with no toilet paper in the stalls. They wouldn’t give us towels without paying extra. We stayed in a private room, I can’t imagine how much the hostel beds sucked in comparison.

- My bed had bed bugs so I left during the first night. Unfortunately even after this incident I didn’t get any money back for this and the following night. Would not recommend!

- Our beds had bed bugs and there was no running water. Overall, disgusting to stay in.

- Ikke rigtig nogle sociale aktiviteter. Det hele føltes lidt gammelt og slidt, og mit skab manglede et sted at putte en lås.

+ C’était super. C'est une très bonne auberge de jeunesse. L’équipe est trop gentille. J’ai adoré. On a de l’intimité dans les dortoirs. Merci pour ce séjour

+ The Neighbours Hostel liegt in der Altstadt und damit voll in der Touristenzone. Zufällig bin ich genau zu den Feierlichkeiten des chinesischen Neujahrs angekommen und konnte drei Tage lang Straßenmärkte und Musikdarbietungen erleben. Ich fand es beeindruckend, daß trotz der Menschenmassen immer angenehm und ruhig zuging. Die Musik war nie aufdringlich unangenehm laut. Von daher war ich sehr positiv beeinflusst. Das Hostel gehört zu einem sehr angenehmen Restaurant, in der ich mich trotz der etwas höheren Preise gerne aufgehalten habe. Dieses Hostel kann ich empfehlen 👍🏼

- 🤔 nur zwei Toiletten und zwei Duschen für. 12 Gäste (?).auf der Etage. Es war aber immer sauber und ordentlich 👍🏼 Die Preise im Restaurant fand ich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das war wohl der exklusiven Lage geschuldet. Mein ehrlicher Dank an die fleißigen und freundlichen Mitarbeiter!

- The wifi was quite weak.
