Terrible reception and rude staff !!! Manager is extremely aggressive and rude
All of the other reviews are accurate. Most uncomfortable bed i’ve ever laid in- unfortunately the owner knows this from all of the other similar reviews but doesn’t do anything to fix it. Could be useful to offer mattress toppers like other hostels. There was a cockroach in the bathroom on my first night. Not sure if i’d stay here again
Over het algemeen een prima hostel. Het hostel heeft naar mijn mening geen sociale sfeer ondanks de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. De bedden voelde aan als houten planken en heb daardoor ook niet lekker geslapen.
Overall a great hostel. the hostel has in my opinion no social atmosphere despite the common areas. the beds felt like wooden planks and therefore I did not sleep well either.
Quiet hostel. Nice lounge facilities on the rooftops. Rooms are basic. Staff were helpful
Not very social. Beds are big but not that comfortable! It does have a great shower tho and the big lockers are nice. It's a short walk to the beach but Kata and Phuket in general were just not my place
The beds were super hard. Like sleeping on a plywood sheet. Socially the hostel was mostly dead. The common areas where uninviting and not that nice which explains why they where not used that much. The rooms where clean and stuff felt fresh. The personal miss communicated where the mc parking was and the restaurant owner next door became annoyed as I had apparently used his parking.
As mentioned by many others- the beds are rock hard! However, this didn’t really bother me and I slept well. Room was lovely, with a staircase up to the top bank instead of a ladder which was great. Not much of a socialising space but again I didn’t mind this for a peaceful place. Good hostel for the price and staff were always lovely :)

Nice Hostel with good facilities! The beds are quite hard, but I still got a decent sleep. Staff is super nice and helpful. Something in our bathroom leaked, so I woke up to a swimming pool with a toilet 😅 - told staff and within a few hours a plumber fixed it and the room was cleaned. New towel every day and good laundry service!

Cute and clean hostel! The bathrooms are very nice and loved the rooftop area. Plus it’s very close to the beach. Only con would be the bed are super hard, but wasn’t a big issue for me.

Good property that is a short walk to Kata Beach, but tucked away enough that it's not part of the chaos within the town. I got laundry done and it was back in less than 24 hrs. Rooftop was chill and easy eacape

Das Hostel war sehr süß. Die Dachterrasse wurde leider nur wenig genutzt. Es war sehr sauber und das Bett hatte ein kleines Regal, um Dinge zu verstauen. Auch der Spind war sehr groß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch nachdem wir auschecken könnten wir Wasserkocher und gemeinsame Räume nutzen
The hostel was very cute. the roof terrace was unfortunately little used. it was very clean and the bed had a small shelf to store things. the locker was also very large. the staff was very friendly, even after we checked out we could use the hot tub and common areas
Stayed in 4 bed mixed dorm. The hostel is very clean. Service is great. Front desk is always willing to help. They helped with the laundry, insisted on moving our luggage upstairs, were always available and did everything with a smile. The beds are a little hard but not that bad.

Best hostel I’ve stayed at facilities are good and the staff are the nicest most welcoming people, the reps too from Chloe, harry, Jerry, Corey, nell, jaden, Maddie and jack all great people. Highly recommend it

A true poshtel! Great bathroom for just the 4 of you in your room. Clean and comfy beds. I had a great stay. Only complaint is when I was checking out, they thought I used the bed above mine and almost didn’t get my 500THB deposit back. Guess their system didn’t know that the girl in the bed above mine was still staying there? Was accused multiple times of using that bed. Which is odd who uses a bed not assigned to them..? It all worked out ! Highly recommend.
