They show a price in the app and then in the real charge they add more, 13€ more of taxes of nowhere with no explanation is really insane!!

Be aware that you will pay a LOT of taxes, for Moroccan standards. We paid 40 euros on top of two nights (two people) while our stay per night was 35 euros. The private room was way too basic for this fee/night. The bathroom was soaked and smelled very strong of chlorine when we arrived. The terrace is nice and spacious. For this price, you can get way more luxury in Marrakesh

Nous avions réservé une chambre double en terrasse avec salle de douche, mais il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude le matin et la direction n'a pas été correcte. le rapport qualité prix est inapproprié par rapport à la prestation très sobre.

Yeah not really very good. They kinda messed us around with our booking. Cancelation policy doesn’t actually exist. My towels just went missing so I had to rent on. Staff are fine. Made us go to ATM to pay for our future stay even though it says you can pay on arrival. Should stay here again or recommend it.

I’ve traveled to 30+ countries and it might be the worst hostel I’ve stayed at. Everything is pretty basic which is fine, but we booked a tour from Marrakesh to Fez with them and they messed up our booking and tried to have us sent back to Marrakesh. When we tried to fix the problem, none of the staff took any responsibility and were very rude and made us pay extra money for the tour we’d already paid for. So unprofessional, extremely rude and was very stressful.

We were followed to the hostel front desk did not help us out at all

IT WAS SCARY AF! WE DID NOT EVEN SLEEP, WE SPENT THE NIGHT AT THE LOBBY UNTIL THE SUN SHOWED UP

Punaises de lit, mon amie est revenue couverte. Personnel de nuit gentil mais un des garçon dans notre chambre avait probablement la covid et empêchait tout le monde de dormir car il toussait sans arrêt, pire expérience dans un hostel que j’ai jamais fait et j’en ai fait des trentaines… horrible, 2 toilettes pour tout l’établissement, aucune sur notre étage. Ne vous laisse pas payer par carte même si c’est indiqué que oui…. Seul avantage: où il est situé et le transfert d�...

Good staff and that’s about it. Cold rooms, blood stains on my sheets, didn’t like it at all. Thank God I was only here for a couple hours.

Great hostel in a solid location in Marrakech. Just when you get to the door make sure you ring the doorbell. And don’t worry you’re not lost

Just an average hostel, fine to stay in a couple of nights. Not much of a social vibe if that's what you're into, otherwise it's a nice and quiet stay. Only real downside for us was the air quality in the room, but other than that, this hostel is perfectly fine!

Really nice hostel and great staff. Lots of space in the room and beds are super comfortable! Good location too. However there is not many toilets and showers so depending on how busy the hostel is, might be a queue. Not the most social hostel but it's possible to meet people and hang out on the rooftop!

good central location, close to the road for pick up/drop off but also in the souk for easy access looking around

I had a nice stay at this Hostel. The Staff was really nice and helpful. Möaad and also the rest of the team always helped with questions.

Waren nur drei Nächte in Marrakech, das Hostel ist zu empfehlen. Es ist gemütlich, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt nette Leute. Außerdem eine sehr tolle Terrasse, die leider aber immer schon 22:30 Uhr schließt. Leider gab es auch keinen richtigen Raum zum zusammenkommen. Die Bäder waren in Ordnung.

Lits très confortables pour une auberge! Emplacement idéal, et chouette terasse pour avoir un peu de répit dans Marrakech. Unique bémol, l’isolation des chambres est très mauvaise, on entend chaque parole et même chuchotement provenant du couloir (chambres au rez de chaussé)

Good place for a night but not if you want to socialize

Die Lage und Dachterasse sind sehr gut. Jedoch ist das Hostel nicht besonders sauber und die Schlafräume sind extrem offen, sodass jeder reinschauen kann. Außerdem hat das gesamte Hostal lediglich drei Duschen. Man kann auch nicht mit Karte zahlen, sondern muss alles mit Bargeld direkt bezahlen. Es gibt auch keinen Aufenthaltsraum. Wüstentour und Airport sind jedoch zu empfehlen.

The location of this hostel is down the sketchiest side alley that doubles back on yourself 3 times, there are always a group of people aiming to get money from you. Also the downstairs shower is broken and there is no shower on the middle floor. So you always have to go to the top floor.

I loved my stay here the value is really good. Bed, pillow, blanket super comfy. The place itself was really cute especially the rooftop I stayed in different hostels here and this rooftop has the best view. What makes your time here super special is the really helpful and kind staff. Mouaad always was so welcoming and helped me out with anything that I needed! When back in Marrakech will stay here!

I had an amazing time at the Mosaic hostel. The kind reception workers always helped where needed. They picked me up when I felt unsafe and Moaad remembered my name and greeted me every time.

Firstly I would recommend anyone that is getting a taxi to have google maps ready as the hostel is very close to where the taxi drops off but can be a bit difficult to find around the winding streets. Location: Location was good and basically right at the start of the souks. Once you have walked to and from the hostel a few times it is fairly easy to find and google maps will take you right to the door. i wouldnt stay again but it was ok. It was a social hostel but that was the only thing really nice about it. Staff wasnt really helpfull and thier tours are crazy expensive.

Good hostel to spend one night, but two key aspects that made the experience worse than expected: - The shower on the first floor (where we stayed) was out of service and the only other shower was in the third floor. Also, the water pressure was no bigger than a drip of water... Really disappointing. - Really far away from Jma El Fnaa or other touristic spots of the city other than Madrassa Ben Youssef
