Worst hostel in 11 months of travelling SEA after staying in more than 50 hostels. Rooms are dirty, rarely cleaned, bins overflowing with used toilet paper. Beds sway like you’re out at sea. Loud steps from people stomping above if you get a room below. Lockers made of plasterboard so you get plaster all over hands and bags. Food is expensive. Water from an RO costs more than from the shop. Staff behave like petulant children and are constantly drunk. If I could give this zero stars i would.

This guy didn't return my deposit of $5 because I was 1 hour late in checking out. Shame on these kinds of people. I'm travelling for a year now and no one has ever done this, even when I was a little late in checking out. He said it's normal with Hotels, I think he's living in his own alternate reality. 😄

Bon emplacement et pièce partagée sympa, malheureusement notre salle de bain n’avait pas été nettoyée avant notre arrivée dans le dortoir. Nous avons demandé plusieurs fois qu’elle soit nettoyée avant que cela soit fait, une mauvaise odeur de canalisation est restée durant tout notre séjour…

backpackers if you’re coming here for the nestival it’s a 30 min walk to nest beach which was fine. otherwise the ac turns off after 11 am and doesn’t turn back on until 7 pm which means you’ll be sweating if you come back to the hostel to shower after the beach. the staff is pretty nice and the food is mid. overall definitely better hostels in the area.

The fact they offer you a drink after climbing all the steps sums up the climb. The staff & volunteers were lovely. But the facilities need a heavy overhaul & upgrade. Only steps away from the pier which is also very nice.

The rooms were super clean, big and nice. The staff were cleaning it everyday and you have an amazing view over the sea. But the vibe of the hostel was very off…The room was right underneath the bar which means it‘s super super loud, you could even feel the bass and they had loud music from ~9am to ~1am in the morning (3days in a row potentially because of Christmas days).

Hostel was okay. No lockers or showers, the staff were lowkey mean. It was a beautiful view but exhausting to climb up the stairs.

Hostelroom is nice, the bar as well, I did feel like the staff was busier with their own partying than serving the guests… Hungover all the time. Make sure that if you open a tab with food/drinks you have a clear look at the receipt afterwards, they told me you would get discount as a guest but I didn’t see it back on the receipt.

My overall stay was good and thought the place was clean. The only thing that i would say and i want to warn backpackers is that I was told by the reps that a tuk tuk 5 minutes down the road would be 15 dollars. This put me out of pocket as it should normally only be 5 dollars so do your own research rather than listening to the reps.

The staff was really nice and the room & bathroom were clean. But the rooms have no windows, which was annoying because of the power outages. Moreover, the beds have no curtains and no individual lights (that would be an easy fix for the owners, I guess). There are power outlets next to every bed. The view from the bar is great, but the stairs up to the hostel are no joke and extremely uneven. Social area is nice, music was turned off by midnight.

Good and clean hostel, owners are super friendly and rooms are nice! A little bit more quiet and the mind that there are like 100 stairs to go up 😅

Lovely accommodation, clean bedding and in bathrooms. There are a lot of stairs to get up to it but the views are incredible. The staff were also amazing , shoutout to Jordan and Spuddy who made our stay!!! Also the food is great!

I think overall it was a comfort hostel. They have good home comforts with their food opens. And pool table was good. En-suite bathroom were great as well

auberge sympa, bon restaurant etsuper belle vue. Personnel serviable. Dortoirs spacieux et confort. Neanmoins gros bemol pour les chambres situées en dessous musique toute la journée ainsi que la raisonnance des basses et des bruits de pas. petit plus pour l eau chaude. Si la musique vous derange pas je recommande

I booked a room with sea view, however they dont have rooms with sea view… The food is really good and you can pay by card. Really nice part of the island if you want to relax. If you want to party, I wouldn’t recommend to go here. The room is not well isolated, so you will hear everything. You can hear people who are sitting at the bar and talking.

Cool guys working in staff. Had some troubles, they could fix it. I appreciate it. Nice rooms, cool view from rooftop.

Great place, warm staff.

I LOVED this hostel. However if you're carrying a lot of luggage, the climb up is gonna be brutal ALTHOUGH they offer a cold towel and a fruity drink free of cost on arrival. Friendly staff, nice rooms, offers female accommodation. Also the price is VERY reasonable. 10/10 would stay again. The staff and volunteers were just lovely as well

Most insane view to wake up to in the morning here! This place was really chill and we ended up extending about 5 times. Definitely a load of steps that you need to be prepared to climb every day, and there wasn’t much of a social atmosphere when I was there - but otherwise everything else was perfect

Auberge digne d’un hôtel, concernant les chambres privées. Très bon restaurant et belle vue.

Bon hostel, la chambre était propre avec une super vue. Je recommande.

Stairs are killer but food and reps are lovely
