Hanna’s Hostel

I loved the staff here and the vibe but it was so cold in the hostel and they didn't have normal duvets just a sheet and a throw blanket. Ac was turned off most of the time in the dorm room and the water heater wasn't always on so I had to go and ask for it to be turned on. I really didn't understand this because in other hostels the ac and water heater was always on. Also the main living space was not heated. I don't think I would stay here during fall or winter maybe better during summer.

Hanna’s hostel is great! The location is perfect to enjoy Berat. Staff were really nice and welcoming. The breakfast was a buffet with a variety of sweet and savoury. I stayed in a 6bed mixed dorm, the bathroom was really spacious and good, but the room was quite cold at night. I also did the Osumi canyon day trip and can only highly recommend it!!! It’s beautiful day out with a great guide and a delicious barbecue by the river.

Good location near the town square, it seemed like there was events going on, although i did not partake. Breakfast was good but nothing too filling.

This was a really clean and comfortable hostel. You don't have to walk up any hills with luggage to get there, which I appreciated.

Super nice staff - the canyon trip is so worth doing! I had travel issues and so got there a day late and they didn’t charge me for the night I didn’t sleep there! Nice and sociable and really cute spaces

very clean hostel in Berat with fantastic staff and volunteers. the common areas are spacious and good for socializing. great breakfast and fairly close to much of the sights in the area

I had a good stay. Only feedback is to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also it is not 100% clear where to throw the toilet paper after cleaning up - in the toilet or in the bin. That needs to be arranged with clear instructions. Shoes should not be allowed inside the rooms since most people are hiking and coming back with dirty shoes - Maybe a shoe rack can be placed outside the room.

Very quiet (assume due to it being off season) but still a very homely and comfortable hostel. Staff were nice and helpful. Good location and close to all attraction's.

Amazing spot right in the city centre . It was so clean private curtains massive shower with amazing pressure . Spread for breakfast and the best people to help every step of the way , even before I had confirmed my booking . Couldn’t ask for a better stay 🫶🏽

Cannot say enough about how amazing this hostel was. Truly the best hostel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. They have created such a comfortable and inclusive environment that is a must do for anyone interested in coming to Berat! and Berat is beyond worth visiting. take advantage of the amazing canyon tour, family dinners and any other recommendations the owner and his amazing family have while you're here!

As a single female traveler, safety & comfort are paramount. Hannah's was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was an added benefit and good every morning. Would love to come back to Berat and to Hannah's.

Très beau séjour, Refat, Ben et Resina ont été des hôtes incroyables, on s’ennuie déjà d’eux. Je recommande fortement le canyon tour, il permet d’admirer la nature et d’en apprendre plus sur le pays. Les chambres sont très propres, il y a plusieurs coins communs, belle cuisine avec beaucoup d’équipement et l’hostel est très sociable. Encore une fois merci, nous vous souhaitons une belle continuation ❤️

Enjoyed my time here. Host are super nice and welcoming. Nice walk to Main Street. Hikes across the bridge and restaurants on Main Street. Really enjoyed my time here.

Fantastic place to spend a few nights. Great rooms with en-suite bathrooms, blankets, towels, curtains - comfortable beds & clean bathrooms & free breakfast. . Whole hostel is very clean, well stocked common room & kitchen. Host & volunteer staff very friendly and helpful. Book it you won’t regret it

Incredible place, location, environment, and staff. The wifi didn’t work well in the room but everything else was perfect. Has curtains!

This was my favorite hostel I’ve stayed at in all of Europe. From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, I had a perfect stay at Hanna’s Hostel.

Nice quiet place to stay atleast off season. Great location to go up the hill to the castle and explore the old town.
