- Hotelero realmente deshonesto. Descripciones de las habitaciones engañosas (una habitación “con baño privado” significa que tienes que cruzar la mitad del edificio para ir al baño). Además, quiso cobrarnos más caro que el precio indicado en Booking e intentó añadir varios suplementos con excusas poco claras.

+ La amabilidad de los recepcionistas.

- Hay una zona común de uso de los clientes en la que otros huéspedes tenían la música altísima. Se oía por todas las habitaciones y desde recepción se aceptaba. Tenían permiso para seguir hasta las 12 de la noche por lo que nos fue imposible dormir (los recepcionistas nos ofrecieron unos tapones sabiendo que no podríamos dormir, que no nos sirvieron). Teníamos una excursión que habíamos contratado con el mismo hotel a las 5 de la mañana. Es inaceptable que sabiendo que hay huéspedes que tienen que madrugar (y aunque no fuera el caso) se de permiso para poner música hasta entrada la noche, en la que además había ruidos constantes ya de madrugada de gente que llegaba y se ponía a cocinar, hablar, etc...

+ Super clean. Good location. Breakfast is delicious.

- We had a private room. The beds are horrible. Super hard. Might as well sleep on the ground. It’s also very loud. The rooms don’t seal so you can hear everything. The bathrooms of adjoining rooms are connected so you can hear all the stuff your neighbor does in the bathroom

+ Un lugar muy cómodo, limpio, con muy buena ubicación, a unas pocas cuadras de la catedral, a 15 minutos caminando del mirador de Chipre, el personal muy atento y amable

+ Locatie midden in het centrum (let op: centrum is wel erg dood ‘s avonds. Je moet naar andere wijken zoals Chipre toe of calle 77)

- Meneer was super aardig en vertelt met liefde hoe je ergens moet komen. Mevrouw leek alsof ze me kon vermoorden elke keer als ze me zag. Yikes!

+ Extrem nette Chefin und Personal, sehr cooler Gemeinschaftsbereich, Dachterrasse vom Feinsten!

+ Le lieu,l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Excellente literie et une cuisine à disposition très bien équipée !

+ Angelita is adorable - always smiling and helpful. The room was very spaciius, clean and coilorful, Big communal area and good lication, walking distance from teleferico.

- Beds are stone-hard and the wals very thin, so you hear your neighbours.

+ A great place with fantastic staff, huge rooms and massive double beds. Good location and near a cable car stop. Lot of room to hang out and chill with very easy going, helpful staff. Good size kitchen too.

+ 1) private room at an ok price. 2) Reception guide explained how to do los nevados on our on. 3) vibe is nice, common aera are nice 4) nicely painted hostel

- 1) no activities available 2) no tour available, the only los nevados tour they suggested asked for 3 people min, and then confirmed, and then cancelled after all..? 3) Your private toilet / bathroom of your room can be literary at the other end of the Hostel. Not a huge deal for most people. Just make sure you book the rooms with bathroom connected to the room if you want to walk naked between both. 4) a bit loud street, and while the private rooms were on the other side of the street, all the doors are not insulated. You hear everything from next door and even from next house. (on Saturday you could hear the Club techno music until 2am and that club is at least a block away from the hostel) To be fair I slept well, it's not dramatically noisy. 5) reception guy was more interested in playing game on his computer than help sometimes. I expect a bit more from a hostel than... "just go in the street, lots of restaurants there" if I ask for some recomendations.. (to be fair again, he did help us to do the tour on our own.)

+ It's very spacious, clean and the staff are friendly

- There isn't always someone at the front desk

+ La amabilidad del personal es excelente. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y orientar en lo requerido. El hotel es acogedor y limpio. Está cerca a la catedral, como a 3 calles. Lo recomiendo.
