Onefam Madrid

I tried contacting multiple times (more that 5 times) by calling and texting, asking for some service information and booking confirmation. They were (particularly one lady) just awful and disrespectful toward me after so much effort and patience. Sorry, but you don't communicate that way with potential guests and leave that like that! I am so upset because of that! ☹️

El miércoles 18/02/2026, 2pm, la recepcionista (Eduarda, creo) me trató despectivamente, con desprecio, no me quiso hacer el check in, regresé 2:30 aprox, me dejó esperando por 20 minutos en la recepción luego apareció y me dice que hará el check in porque la cama está lista sino me tocaría esperar, con esa expresión llena de maldad. No le tengo confianza a esta chica, algo está mal con ella. Es la segunda vez que me trata así, soy huésped recurrente. Es lamentable, por la ubicaci�...

I stayed in this hostel years ago, and since at that time the experience was good, I booked again. Well, they rejected me because they have a discriminating policy, to be a guest you have to have MAXIMUM 4 years old. It may sound ok for you if you are younger, but let's see how you feel when yuou get that age, which believe, will happen faster than you think.

Tuve una experiencia mala en el hostel ya que cuando llegué a la habitación no tuve locker, otra persona lo había ocupado, le dije a la encargada de recepción pero no me dieron solución alguna, era incómodo llegar y no tener donde guardar tus cosas personales por las que ya había pagado. No volvería nuevamente.

No permiten la entrada de mayores de 45 años, ni de menores de 18 años. Discriminatorio con las personas. Denunciado por FACUA hace 3 días

Reservó una noche por Booking y me rechazó por su normativa de la edad-solo permiten entre 18-46 años, avisándomelo 20 días después. Una discriminación total!!!

El lugar es pésimo, no lo recomiendo. Vayan a Generator Madrid. Es mejor hostel que este. No lo recomiendo muy malo. Desde el servicio hasta, el trato al cliente. PESIMO!!! CORREEE!!

WORST HOSTEL I’VE EVER BEEN TO. This hostel was extremely noisy since the hostel rooms have their window to the common areas where they would play music and beer pong very loud. I am a social person but this was just too much for me. Only stay here if you enjoy screaming, get ridiculous drunk and not even touch your bed. I do not understand why this hostel has great reviews. They should write it upfront that it’s a noisy party hostel!

Unfortunately a very bad experience! In the room I stayed in, there was a constant humming noise from outside all night. Unfortunately, this made my stay here one of my worst hostel experiences - not recommended!

They say nothing about an age restriction on booking (web platform) but then, over a week after making my reservation, they send an email saying no one over 45 is allowed. The policy is fine, but they need to SAY SOMETHING on the website. It is very irresponsible.

Ana and Angel were awesome. Super helpful and friendly. The vibe of the hostel was great too.

wow wow wow one fam. how bout big fan 🤗 my experience in madrid wouldn’t have been the same with you.. facilities were fabulous, chill area was cozy and socialising was peak. can’t forget ping pong.. how can one resist. i cannot. biggest thanks to everyone who worked there that made us back packers feel welcome and safe. giving us directions when needed, facilitating needs (laundry and feeding time😭) and just having a nice ol yarn!! angel, arthur, cons and everyone else! i’ll miss y...

Excelente lugar para hospedarse de paso, compartes habitación con personas de diferentes países, ambiente agradable y muchos planes para hacer en las noches, espacio para preparar desayuno y guardar cosas en la nevera, mesa de ping pong y sala de star para relajarse

Mejor hostel en Madrid, en todo, ambiente, localización y experiencia!!!! 10/10

Foi a melhor experiência de hostel que tive muitas atividades, preocupação com o nosso conforto e conheci pessoas incríveis Eles rearranjaram o quarto para que só meninas dormissem. Achei uma atitude que mostra o cuidado com os hospedes Vou voltar com certeza

I had a great time at Onefam—it’s easily one of the best social hostels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the daily events were actually well-organized and worth joining. Big thanks to Angel for being so helpful and Melissa for the awesome tours; they both made the experience feel a lot more personal. If you want a social vibe that isn't just pure chaos, this is the spot.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hostel und perfekt, wenn man noch nie in Madrid war. Es gibt viele Angebote mit denen man die Stadt kennenlernen und sich connecten kann. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln hätte wäre die Lautstärke nachts. Neue Gäste wurden auch mitten in der Nacht ins Zimmer gebracht und dort laut begrüßt bzw. eingewiesen.

This was such a fun hostel! I really enjoyed my stay and the staff make the experience even better. Be prepared to make some amazing friends and party like you should in Madrid. The trip to Telido with Melissa was also such a highlight.

Great vibe from staff and community :) Loved the breakfast, dinners and activities. Slight issue was our room was next to the kitchen and communal space so it was a but noisy for sleep but otherwise everything was great

After some bad experiences in some hostels, this Onefam was the best I loved everything the stuff the people there the activities is a 100% please dont hesitate and book your stay in this hostel ! Thanks to alicia in the reception Arthur, stephan and all the stuff ❤️

Lucio is the GOAT. Wish the walking tours were better but the dinners, games, and pub crawl are well run.
