Las camas no tienen suficiente privacidad, los baños están justo al lado de las camas al igual que la ducha con todo encerrado, el olor es terrible. The beds don't have enough privacy, the bathrooms are right next to the beds as is the shower with everything locked, the smell is terrible. A bathroom and a shower for 8 people locked in one space. Got a welcone text that said to contact them for anything, however it takes ages for them to respond. That doesn't work when you're outside and can't enter. The QR send to get in didn't work I said i would be late (as requested), no respons. in one word- RUN! this is was THE WORST hostel I ever stayed in in my life. I have never been to prison but this sure must feel like it- when you check in you do it with a machine which is extremly unclear, the staff is non existent and I was left alone after 8 pm there with no one in sight, the beds have curtain railings but no curtains (!!!), the shower was FREEZING, I couldn't stay there so I packed myself and left at night. HIGHLY DONT RECCOMAND FOR SINGLE SOLO WOMEN TRAVLLERS. JUST DO...
Totalmente impersonal, las habitaciones demasiado estrechas y el primer día que llegué entraron a robar a mi habitación y rompieron uno de los lockers. El personal no dio ni una disculpa ni tomó acciones inmediatas. Encima dijo si quieren dejen su mala reseña no puedo hacer nada. De lo peor. Me quedé sólo 2 días de los 4 que pagué porque no me sentí segura.
Totally impersonal, the rooms too narrow and the first day I arrived they broke into my room and broke one of the lockers. the staff did not apologize or take any immediate action. above said if you want to leave your bad review I can't do anything. worst. I stayed only 2 days of the 4 I paid because I didn't feel safe.
Wasn’t clean. Rooms were tiny, stank the whole time and I talked to one person the entirety of the time I was there. In theory this should be a great hostel but I was not impressed in the slightest.

Could not check in using their automatic check in system and no staff was present at the hostel (no room assigned error message) and tried to contact staff by all means possible without any answer for 2 hours after which i had to find a new place to stay. I have still not received my money back, so basically paid 70€ to waste my time. Avoid this place as they might just take your money and leave you with a lot of stress.

No atmosphere at all. No staff to meet you. Definitely stay at the other Petit Hostel in the city as it appears to have a far better atmosphere. One of the lockers in my room broke so someone had to tear it apart. Just didn’t feel very safe
The staff are helpful nothing to say and the location is good! BUT, the hostel in itself is a mess! I have booked two beds in the 12 mixed dorm, except that the bed were fine and comfy all the other facilities didn’t work!!! My lamp didn’t work, we both couldn’t charge our phones as the electrical socket in both bed wasn’t working either ! Ubicación muy buena en una zona muy fácil de llegar y tranquila. Hay muchos enchufes y puerta usb (importante para los viajeros que puede tener varios dispositivos que recargar a la vez). Toalla incluidas en el precio y súper lo de la taquilla que se cierra directamente con la misma llave de acceso a la struttura y habitación. Personal muy amable y disponible, me hicieron incluso un upgrade de habitación mixta a habitación femenina.
There are many plugs and usb door (important for travelers who can have several devices to recharge at once). towel included in the price and super lo of the locker that closes directly with the same key of access to the structure and room. very friendly and available staff, they even made me an upgrade from a mixed room to a ladies room.
I had an amazing stay here! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Araceli was great help in the morning with checking out! The facilities were well maintained and comfortable. I appreciate that hostel included lockable lockers for us to use during our stay, This is a huge plus as not everywhere has this. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Madrid for any period of time!
The hostel is on the cheaper side, so there are many sketchy people. The arab guy just drunk from the fridge my orange juice, the guest under my bed was definitely intoxicated, the washer and drier were unavailable, the dishes were cleaned by guests hence half of them were dirty. I got flu after just 3 days in that hostel. Would not recommend unless you are homeless.

Me hospedé en Petit Hostel La Latina y la verdad me gustó bastante. El lugar estaba limpio, ordenado y se sentía comodo desde que llegué. A veces uno reserva con dudas porque en fotos todo se ve mejor, pero aqui estuvo todo muy bien. La cama comoda, el ambiente tranquilo y la ubicación tambien ayuda bastante para moverse por Madrid. En general me lleve una muy buena impresión, se nota que lo cuidan. Si vuelvo, si me quedaría otra vez.
I stayed at Petit Hostel La Latina and really liked it a lot. The place was clean, tidy and felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. Sometimes you book with hesitation because in photos everything looks better, but here everything was very good. The comfortable bed, the quiet environment and the location also help a lot to get around Madrid. In general it leaves me a very good impression, you notice that they take care of it. Estuve en Petit Hostel La Latina y la verdad que bastante guay. El sitio estaba limpio, la cama era comoda y en general todo mucho mejor de lo que me esperaba. La ubicación también esta muy bien, porque puedes moverte por Madrid bastante facil y hay buen ambiente por la zona. Me gustó que no fuera el típico hostel agobiante o hecho polvo, se notaba bastante cuidado. En general muy buena experiencia, volvería sin problema.
I stayed at Petit Hostel La Latina and the truth is pretty cool. the site was clean, the bed was comfortable and in general everything was much better than I expected. the location is also very good, because you can move around Madrid quite easily and there is a good atmosphere in the area. i liked that it was not the typical overwhelming or dusty hostel, it was noticeably well taken care of. in general very good experience, i would return without problem.
Muy buena experiencia la verdad. El sitio está cuidado, limpio y se nota que lo tienen bien montado. La cama bastante cómoda y todo mucho mejor de lo que me esperaba. Además la zona me gustó mucho, porque tienes cosas cerca y puedes ir andando a bastantes sitios. Repetiria.
The site is well maintained, clean and you can tell that they have it well set up. the bed is quite comfortable and everything is much better than I expected. plus I really liked the area, because you have things close by and you can walk to quite a few places. would repeat.
No suelo dejar reseñas, pero este sitio me sorprendió para bien. Muy buena ubicación para moverte andando por Madrid, la cama comodísima y todo bastante limpio y bien organizado. Me gustó mucho que cada cama tenga su espacio y que puedas guardar tus cosas sin complicarte. Para una estancia corta, de lo mejor que he probado en Madrid.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this site surprised me for good. very good location to move around Madrid, very comfortable bed and everything is quite clean and well organized. i really liked that each bed has its space and that you can store your things without complicating. for a short stay, the best i have tried in Madrid.

Cada vez que vuelvo a este lugar esta peor. Tuve que ducharme sin luz. Uno de los switch estaba roto. Además, el trato cada vez es menos cordial.
Every time I come back to this place it gets worse. i had to shower without lights. one of the switches was broken. besides, the treatment is less and less cordial.

El staff nos recibió con 1 cerveza local, luego Yarley Silva nos ayudó enormemente cuidando nuestras maletas a pesar de no tener lockers lo que nos permitió terminar de disfrutar el centro de Madrid que queda a 15 minutos caminando / camas super limpias y unos edredones súper cómodos / baños super limpios (única recomendación, coloquen algo para poner el jabón y esponja). Gracias Yarley por hacer de la estancia cómoda y amigable. Regresaremos por ti ;) Esperamos verte.
The staff welcomed us with 1 local beer, then Yarley Silva helped us enormously taking care of our bags despite not having lockers which allowed us to finish enjoying the centre of Madrid which is 15 minutes walk away / super clean beds and some super comfortable blankets / super clean bathrooms (only recommendation, put something on to put the soap and sponge).

Das Hostel kann ich gar nicht empfehlen, es waren sehr unangenehme Menschen dort, die Zimmer sehen aus wie im Knast und wir mussten Vorort bezahlen, obwohl ich das Geld schon überwiesen hatte und uns wurde versprochen das das doppelte Geld zurück überwiesen wird, wurde es aber bis jetzt noch nicht…

basic hostel, unfortunately many older people were using it as a hotel to stay in-between places for a few nights. Door led right into common area poor sleep, no curtians for privacy
