Total honesty the bar is really not a bar it’s a kitchen with staff working till 11 on some days not all days. This hostel has a homeless man leaving in the dorm we stayed in. This hostel is definitely not lively. If your looking to Vacation and sleep at 10pm this is the place but if your looking for excitement there was none here. The staff were amazing no doubt. Me personally I’d look for something better more social and lively. Good luck on your search

Habe vom Personal nicht das Gefühl bekommen, dass sie mir helfen wollen, sondern eher das sie den maximalen Gewinn erzielen wollen. An sich ist das Hostel sauber und gut, frühstück auch sehr gut.

Very disorganized. We booked a 4 bed hostel months prior, yet at check in we were told there was a mistake made and that they can only accommodate us in a 10 bed hostel. As a foreign traveler you pretty much have no choice. The air conditioner also was not working. They also overbooked our 10 bed and were asking females if they would like to switch to a four bedroom female dorm. No Locks for doors so anyone could walk into your room, shower curtains were moldy.

I stayed in the same private room I had two years ago. I felt right at home! It was a splurge for my budget, but I loved it!

+ Staff was helpful, allowing me to check in later and giving good advices. - Bed in dorms have curtains but mine was broken - it is hard to go to the toilet without walking in water from shower cabin. A bit disappointed but the friendly staff made up for it.

Très bon séjour. L’auberge est plutôt propre. Très bien situé à côté des sites touristiques d’Istanbul. Petit déjeuner correct. Il n’y a cependant pas une ambiance « auberge ».

Despite good location and previous reviews, we dont recommend to female travellers. Front door was frequently left open and no keys used for the rooms. It felt unsafe as anyone from the street could enter the hostel. Staff didnt check who was coming in/out of the premises. During our 3 night stay, we experienced 3 power outages and the staff never apologised for this inconvenience. My friend woke up to a man touching her and the solution given by staff was to move to a bigger dorm room.

Agora provided everything it promised - bed, breakfast, close proximity to Blue Mosque/Haiga Sophia. Somethings to note - rooms were tinny, no common area, no atmosphere, at least 5-10mins walk from trams, bathrooms were shared mens/womens

Séjour très agréable, le petit dejeuner est inclus dans le prix ce qui rend cet établissement très attractif !!

Calm, cozy and central hostel. It’s not a party or suuuper social hostel (in case that’s what you’re looking for). But I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was sweet and I had some great conversations with other guests over the delicious daily breakfast Great location and you can reach the biggest tourist attraction easily by walking. Really happy with my stay!

Great location right next to the Mosques and Bazaar -- easy to get the the other parts of Istanbul via bus, tram or ferry. Very secure and clean. I enjoyed the terrace and the hearty breakfast!

This place was perfect. Clean, comfy beds (capsule style with blackout curtain for privacy) and the breakfast buffet was varied and so so good. Location is perfect, in the centre and close to many tourist things, but the area still felt calm. Not a sociable atmosphere in the hostel but then again I didn’t join any events, so you could definitely meet people if you made the effort to join events/use Hostelworld app :) would highly recommend

Ich war sehr zufrieden, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten sehr gute und sichere Verwahrungsmöglichkeiten für Gepäck. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und die Lage perfekt.

Es un buen hostal, la ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de las mezquitas principales, el personal es amable, realmente no creo que sea un hostal muy social jaja, subí par de veces a la terraza y el ambiente estaba bastante apagado pero igual es un buen lugar

Clean, comfortable beds, easy walking distance to main attractions, plenty to do nearby. Lockers under bed were spacious and big enough for large bags. Curtains were a nice touch.

Awesome location within walking distance to many attractions. The staff were great and very helpful with local recommendations. The dorm rooms do not lock but there are lockers in the rooms. The only washroom for the dorms is in the basement and is shared female/male. The female dorm was small but clean. The top bunks do not have much head room. Included breakfast was great and is served on the rooftop! Overall had a good stay.

Great place to stay! Nice and quiet hostel. The staff were super lovely and always very helpful! The room was nice & clean! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The bed and pillow were very comfortable for me and breakfast has everything you need to start up your day.

Hostello molto carino e funzionale, le stanze spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort. La posizione è dentro il centro storico e pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni. Colazione abbondante e molto variegata Terrazza ampia dov’è anche possibile lavorare in tutta tranquillità. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Super consigliato se devi anche lavorare!

Me volvería a alojar en este hostel sin lugar a dudas. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de todo , el personal muy amable , atento y responsable . La habitación muy linda y tienen cortinas cada cama para la privacidad eso me gustó mucho ,y loquers debajo de la cama muy grande con traba integrada para guardar las cosas , el baño siempre limpio , el desayuno me gustó mucho , así que para mi fue 10/10

I stayed in this hostel for four days It was a neat clean tidy and wonderful hostel In old city its just 400 meters away from blue mosque n Topkapi museum Food in surrounding is very costly Most of all T1,T6, B1 metro stops are at walking distance. Owner was very good n cooperative however other staff especially man in day time was not so cooperative I missed Turkish traditional hammam visit due to his rude n non cooperative behaviour even in paid services One of the best hostel overall
