Há penas da localização Eu tinha reservado uma cápsula individual no segundo andar. Eu cheguei, deixei as minhas coisas e saí para a rua. Quando eu voltei, fui olhar o ambiente. O lençol estava ao contrário, cheio de cabelo, muitos cabelos, visivelmente sujo. Mesmo assim, bati neles para limpar o lençol. Levantei a persiana, tinha um percevejo grudado nela. Olhei em volta da cama porque já me acendeu um alerta. Tinha alguns mortos também em volta da cama. Fui até a recepção, fiz uma reclamação, nos passaram para um quarto melhor, mas eu penso: eu deixei as minhas coisas lá pelo tempo que fiquei na rua, que foi bastante tempo. E quando a gente foi realocado para outro quarto, imagina como eu fiquei pensando? Será que as minhas coisas não foram contaminadas com algum percevejo que estivesse lá, ainda vivo? Como saber se o outro quarto para o qual nos colocaram — por mais que seja um quarto melhor, não era uma cápsula — também não estava contaminado? Então, como um ambiente, um hotel, um Ibis, que tem um nome a zelar, deixa o ambiente ficar desse jeito, por mais que seja uma cápsula? Pois eu já fiquei em cápsulas com valores muito menores e com uma limpeza muito melhor do que a deles.

Good location The steps up to the bed were bad. We found bedbugs were moved rooms and then found another bedbug. We’ve had to isolate all our stuff. I’d recommend somewhere else.

Location is awesome. Staff was very nice and let me check in early, there is also luggage storage. Nice places to hang. The pod is like a hostel but with a little bit more privacy. It's very nice, however, you are sharing with other guests, and their understanding of how thin the walls are will make or break the experience. The upper beds are a bit difficult to get onto, but doable and they are cheaper than the bottom ones. Bathrooms are half-open stalls, you can hear and smell all from eachother. It does not get cleaned. There can be massive skid marks all day, and the next day they're still there. One time a guy came into the bathroom without knocking, he didn't clean the skid marks, didn't clean the dirty sinks, just came in to sign the cleaning paper. It's very disgusting, and seeing other comments, this is not an isolated few days of dirtyness. There's also no bins in the room, nor anywhere nearby. There is picture evidence of BED BUGS from just a month ago (December 2025) on Google maps.

The staff was very helpful and made themselves readily available to do so. I had to change rooms during my stay and they moved me to the hotel section without additional charge. All of this was facilitated kindly and efficiently. The original double cabin I stayed in had bed bugs and the bathrooms, particularly the private ones had not been cleaned for some time. The internet for the hotel and hostel does not reach all of the rooms, so one usually has to go to the main lobby for a stable connection.

The staff and location were nice but there were bed bugs in the room as signaled by another customer. You shouldnt book a trip there until they solve that problem

We booked the cabin in this hostel, the first impression was good. As soon as we got to bed we found a bed bug. We ran immediately to the reception but they were fully booked and could not offer us any alternative other than a tent on the rooftop, which was also dirty and couldn’t be locked. So we packed up and left right in the night. We had to disinfect and wash and isolate all our stuffs, we got so stressed out though out our 2 weeks vacation. We contacted customer service after that and they refused to refund the difference of our stay in the other hotel as well as any compensation. We highly recommend to stay away from this hostle.

People were nice and welcoming. I had about 50 bites of bedbugs during the first night in one of the capsules. It was an awful night, a lot of anxiety and I woke up feeling terrible.

La localisation et l’espace rooftop La propreté des sanitaires est à revoir mais de toute façon ils s’en fichent royalement quand on voit le nombre de commentaires à ce sujet. Les salle de bain et toilettes sont extrêmement sales et n’ont jamais été lavés en 24h. Je ne me suis pas lavé du fait de la crasse qu’il y avait. Risque de punaises de lit après avoir eu plusieurs retours à ce sujet dans certaines cabines. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit.

The capsule was spacious and comfortable. Great common area with a terrace and a bar. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and satisfying. Unfortunately, I got stung by bedbugs during my stay, which was a major downside.

Die Lage war super, das Frühstück mit Buffet war auch gut und viel Auswahl, die Zimmer waren allerdings viel zu klein für 2 Personen. Es gab kein Fenster, also wurde durch eine Anlage frische Luft ins Zimmer geblasen. Husten mitten in der Nacht und Nasenbluten waren die Folge... Was auch gar nicht ging, war die Sauberkeit...Da fehlen mir die Worte. Wir haben 10 Tage in dem Hotel übernachtet und nicht einmal wurden Handtücher gewechselt. Wir mussten mit einem Handtuch 10 Tage uns waschen....Ich habe eine Putzkraft gefragt, ob ich ein neues haben könnte - Antwort: Nein Egal, ob morgens, mittags oder abends - die Badezimmer mit Duschen waren immer schmutzig und die Toiletten so ekelhaft, dass ich mich nie hingesetzt habe. Habe mir übrigens trotzdem eine Harninfektion eingeholt von den Toiletten... Bettwäsche wurde auch nie gewechselt - Einige aus anderen Zimmern hatten Bettwanzen... Wozu sind die Putzkräfte eingestellt?

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. First of all, I was bitten by bed bugs — and that alone says a lot. This is not something you expect from an Ibis, even in this more “alternative” format. Another serious issue was with my booking. I had reserved a tent, which is priced higher, but when I arrived at night, I was informed that—due to the cold and rainy weather—I had been moved to a different type of accommodation with a lower price. This change was made without my consent and without any prior notice. A few days later, I asked about a refund at the reception, and they told me it wouldn’t be possible — claiming that the capsule I was placed in was actually more expensive than the tent, which is simply not true. This has never been the case on Booking — the tent is clearly more expensive. I also contacted the hotel through this platform and received a response asking if I had been forced to move rooms. Honestly, it was night, in a country where I don’t speak the language well, it was raining — how could I possibly argue? As of now, I still haven’t received any refund. And just to reinforce: the bed bug bites, which I still have marks from — including on my face — speak volumes about the hygiene and quality of this place.

bed bug infestation!! Woke up at 3am with 5 bed bugs, immediately went and told reception who moved me to another room and paid for my laundry, which was fantastic, but seen many other rooms with mattresses outside and rooms being fumigated. Seemed to be an issue there, couldn’t stop scratching and checking the beds.
