Atelier Hostel

the whole beds are full of bed bugs. all our luggage is full of it. The beds are generally very dirty and unhygienic. The service and the toilets and showers weren't the best either. Not recommendable!

I am very disappointed with Agoda which has been hiding and avoiding issues in bed bugs! I was searching for rooms at Agoda but it has always hidden any comments on bed bugs, even avoiding the question I'm Q & A. This was proven by many travellers who stayed at bed bugs infested beds and yet the hostels got high ratings. Do you only care about money and not the suffering due to itchiness from bugs' bite?!

unfortunatly there was bedbug in my room. But the owner handled it well and give me a refund.

It was not clean, specially the shower and the bed, I am afraid I got bed bugs as well.
