+ Globalement la seule chose que j’ai aimé, c’est la situation géographique l’auberge est très bien placée, dans le centre.
- Je n’ai pas pu dormir de tout le séjour, le lit était aussi dur que la pierre, impossible de dormir dans n’importe quelle position mon corps me faisait mal durant la nuit. Sans parler du fait que ma chambre était en face des toilettes et salle de bain, donc nuisances sonores constantes, chasse d’eau, sèche cheveux, claquement de portes. Je voulais choisir une auberge dans l’idée de rencontrer des gens mais ce lieu donne envie de rencontrer personne, les lieux communs sont pas du tout fait pour que les gens se parlent ou se rencontrent.

Me hospedei por 4 dias, e fiquei muito satisfeita. O hostel está muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e ao pontos turísticos. O check in foi super tranquilo e os staff tiraram as duvidas assim que cheguei. A cama é muito confortável, limpo e conservado e o ambiente bem tranquilo. O shower é bem aquecido, só o secador que não funcionava no primeiro dia mas logo foi resolvido. O único ponto é que as vezes quando saem do elevador a gente escuta, mas se tiver um tampão de ouvido resolv...
En general está bien, con buena ubicación y limpieza. Mi problema principal fueron los compañeros de cuarto, eran muy ruidosos y no les importaba molestar a los demás. Cuando le pedimos a los de recepción que hablen con ellos nos dijeron que lo iban a hacer pero no cambió nada después de eso. Además la ducha está muy mal diseñada, hay solo un gancho dentro y hay que estar constantemente apretando un boton para que salga el agua, que también salía a veces muy caliente o muy fría repe...
Very good location and good value for money. Staff behaving at the minimum with the customer.When I checked in I was given the room key and I was asked to pay .I expected to get some information about location of things, the services and the options one has. Things in the sanitary were broken needed to be fixed. The atmosphere within the dorms was cold, with little or no communication with the people sharing the space.Unfortunately on top of things someone had occupied the bed I was assigned.
Die Toiletten sind komplett vergilbt, Toilettendeckel wackeln beim öffnen 10cm nach rechts und links, es herrschte ein komischer Geruch nach abgestandener Luft in meiner Etage, die Betten sind super hart und die Waschbecken und duschen sind auch zur Hälfte defekt gewesen auf meiner Etage.
Fiquei hospedada uma noite. Acabou que o quarto de 6 feminino, fiquei sozinha. A localização é ótima!! Poderia ter mais eventos em hostel, isso senti falta, da conexão com outras pessoas na vibe hostel e fazer amizades. Tem o terraço, lindo, porém não pode levar nada de fora Estava falando que a toalha de banho estava inclusa, porém na hora não estava, eu mostrei no app e por gentileza me deram uma toalha No check-in pude deixar as malas gratuito, no check-out cobram €3, o que...

This hostel was a disappointing experience overall. It felt more like a student dorm than a place for travelers, chaotic atmosphere, very noisy. Given the location and price, I expected something simple, but minimally comfortable and well-managed — unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend it.
Bathroom and shower could be better
Good place with a very good location and the staff is nice however i don't understand why the individual room is on the same floor as the shared rooms. I was unlucky with people making a lot of noises, slamming the doors, talking loud, running in the hallway etc etc They had no respect at all

+ We hadden een privekamer. De locatie en de handdoeken zijn echt top!
- De overlast van andere kamers/slaapzalen is echt heel duidelijk te horen. Als iemand op staat of loopt hoor je dit in de kamer. De douch straal is minimaal en de knop moet je om de 20 seconde indrukken wil er water uitkomen. Ventilatie is slecht want er kwam een nare lucht uit de badkamer.

+ La ubicación es muy buena. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios y está rodeado de restaurantes y supermercados. Me encantó que tuvieran una sala comedor con microondas y cubiertos para poder prepararte tu mismo la comida. El personal muy amable y la habitación inmejorable. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Lisboa.

+ La ubicación todo estaba muy cerca el tren el bus el metro la zona turística el trato todo bien especial mente Alisson era el que más entendía el español muchas gracias volvería sin pensarlo
+ Estrutura muito boa e funcionários muito simpáticos. A funcionária da recepção Raquel foi excelente, simpática, prestativa e ajudou muito em tudo.
