Durante mi estadía en el hostal, amanecí lleno de picaduras de bedbugs por todo el cuerpo (al menos 25 picaduras tenía al despertarme allí), lo que evidencia el estado de higiene deplorable del lugar. Aparte de esto, las instalaciones no son muy buenas, y tampoco lo es el desayuno y la ubicación, que queda algo lejos de los sitios turísticos principales. Rescato solamente el personal del hostal que fue muy amable
During my stay at the hostel, I dawned full of bed bug bites all over my body (at least 25 bites I had when I woke up there), which is evidence of the deplorable hygiene state of the place.Apart from this, the facilities are not very good, and neither is the breakfast and location, which is somewhat far from the main tourist sites.Saved only the staff of the hostel who were very friendly
This was an absolut HORRIBLE hostel. MOLD-DIRT-BUGS-HAIR EVERYWHERE Especially for the price. There are cheaper hostels all over Lisbon which are 10 times better than the Hi Lisboa. Booked it by accident and was absolutely shocked by the disgusting rooms and especially the horrifying bathrooms. The workers there were kind of nice and helpful but they also didn’t put any kind of love or passion into this place. This place is how I imagine a prison in Mexico just that it’s not free to ...
the bed was went when I first arrived. I then got moved to the bottom bunk but you could still here the celing dripping onto the bed on the top bunk all night.
Really disappointed. Two different rooms had bedbugs and staff were reluctant to help sort this problem. My room had no working key, only padlocks on the outside and inside. This makes no sense, only usable when no one or everyone is in the room. Others were only allowed one keycard per room of 4 or 6. Location was a little far out of Lisbon too. Overall would not recommend.
Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in - AVOID HAS BED BUGS The staff were rude and uncaring when we showed them proof of bed bugs being completely unwilling to help accommodate us or fix the problem. The breakfast consists of warm milk, fake yoghurt and some bread if you’re lucky. The faculties are poor with there not being a boys and girls bathroom on each floor with the girls having to walk up/down 2 flights of stairs to shower and use the bathroom. Overall AVOID.
This was the smelliest, oldest, and catfish hostel I’ve been in a while. They have good rating and I don’t know how. Beds don’t have much hygiene or curtains for privacy. Bathrooms were covered with s***, and they don’t lend you any help.
Great location, staff is very welcoming and kind, cleanliness and hygiene are neglected,I couldn't sleep nor taking a shower comfortably. Quality price ratio is not worth it
literally awful. most unclean, disgusting hostel i’ve been in, ever. all old people or 15 year olds. horrible facilities. breakfast is the only pro and it’s not even worth it
No vayan. No solo van mochileros ni viajeros tambien hospedan a gente de dudosa procedencia. Es pesima. No arreglan sus instalaciones a pesar de la gran afluencia de gente que tiene.
No vayan. not only van backpackers and travelers also host people of dubious origin. it's a pity. they don't fix their facilities despite the great influx of people they have.
Nada recomendable no sirve que anticipes con tiempo, a 2 dias te cancelan y te toca pagar el doble en otro lugar, triste pero cierto🙁
Nothing recommendable is any use if you anticipate in time, in 2 days they cancel you and you have to pay double somewhere else, sad but true ......

The Youth Hostel was alright, the room was very small but clean. A larger selection at breakfast would have been nice. Additionally, the location is somewhat far from the city center, about a 20-minute ride by metro.
Not clean. The bathroom’s floor was moldy. It was very noisy at night even at quiet time. There were people on the balcony smoking so the room smelt like smoke.
Kind staff, good price and good security. Good for a bare bones place to stay. However, my room had minimal outlets and no privacy at all, which is not a dealbreaker but did make it slightly uncomfortable. Thin lockers in rooms, bring your own lock. The location is very close to a metro stop, which was nice, but it is quite far from a lot of the tourist attractions, if that is what you’re looking for. Not a bad place to stay

Booked one night here because it was cheap - facilities were very basic, no curtains on the bed and showers weren’t very clean.
It was fine, beds had no curtains, doors dont seem very good. I paid the city tax and they made me pay it again but we did sor it out in the end.
Very nice place with easy access to the airport and only 20 min away. Staff very friendly and helpful at the front desk. I left early the next day and they had a little breakfast to go in the morning ! Rooms are clean with lockers! Definitely a good place to stay
I made a mistake on going to the wrong room at first and the staff were really nice about it

Tout était parfait. Nous souhaitons souligner le manque d’amabilité de la demoiselle aux cheveux longs noirs. Toutes les autres personnes de l’équipe étaient agréable et accueillante. Il y a bouche de métro juste devant et une autre à 3 min à pieds.
We would like to emphasize the lack of malleable of the young lady with the long black hair. all the other people in the team were nice and welcoming. there is a subway entrance right in front and another 3 minutes walk away.
I had a good experience last year but this year I had a horrible one with bed bugs, and when I complained I was told that there is nothing to do and this is because of the hot weather

Un grand merci au personnel qui a su faire face à certains situations "difficiles" avec des personnes avec lesquelles j'ai partagé le dortoir à dir peu... "bizarres".
A big thank you to the staff who were able to deal with some "difficult" situations with people I shared the dorm with to say the least... "bizarre".

The cards for the doors kept not working, meaning I got locked out of my room a few times sometimes just after a shower. But overall the hostel was clean, friendly and safe

Wasn’t very clean, when I got there I got moved from a female room to a mixed room even know I booked a female room.
