Dirty and Unsafe Property Very negative experience. The kitchen was not actually usable as advertised on Booking. The bathroom was dirty and in poor hygienic condition; I even found bedbugs in the room, and the bed linen had an unpleasant smell. An absurd situation: kitchen utensils, forks, knives, and plates were stored inside the bathroom. The stairs are extremely steep and high, unsafe especially when carrying luggage. The most serious issue is security: there is no reception staff to control access. Homeless people were waiting outside for other guests to open the door so they could enter; once inside, some slept in common areas such as the kitchen or entered rooms that were left open. Many guests were afraid to say anything, and we locked ourselves in our rooms to feel safer. I did not feel safe and would not recommend this property. Stay away: for just a few euros more, you can find places that are much safer and more hygienic

DO NATYCHMIASTOWEGO ZAMKNIĘCIA Doświadczenie skandaliczne i haniebne. Pościel była śmierdząca, brudna i ewidentnie niezmieniana. Wyraźna obecność pluskiew w łóżku – nie dało się spać. Obudziłem się cały w czerwonych plamach, pogryziony, byłem zmuszony iść do dermatologa i ponieść dodatkowe koszty z powodu problemu spowodowanego przez ten obiekt. Łóżko było niestabilne, zepsute i skrzypiało przy każdym ruchu. Pokój zimny, zero komfortu, brak jakiejkolwiek higieny. Nie zapewniają nawet ręczników i nie ma możliwości ich wypożyczenia. To nie jest gościnność, to całkowite zaniedbanie i zagrożenie dla zdrowia. Taki obiekt nie powinien być dopuszczony do działalności ani znajdować się na Booking. Trzymajcie się z daleka

SEVERE BED BUG INFESTATION – HEALTH HAZARD This place is completely unfit for human accommodation. Sleeping is virtually impossible due to doors slamming nonstop, day and night, causing repeated abrupt awakenings and extreme sleep deprivation. There is no kitchen. Guests are forced to use shared plates and a microwave, but to wash them they must enter a bathroom that is regularly filthy, contaminated with urine and feces. This represents a clear and serious health hazard and a high risk of infection. The most alarming and unacceptable issue is the presence of a severe bed bug infestation. After just two days, my entire body was covered with bed bug bites and other unidentified insect bites. The situation was so serious that I was forced to seek medical treatment from a dermatologist. This is not a matter of discomfort, but of public health and safety. These conditions are dangerous, unhygienic, and intolerable. This accommodation should not be allowed to host guests under any circumstances.

PLACE TO BE CLOSED OR REPORTED TO THE HEALTH AND PROPHYLAXIS AUTHORITIES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES SUCH AS HEPATITIS AND OTHER DISEASES. DEAD COCKROACHES UNDER THE BED. RUDE STAFF AND RACIST MANAGER, BAD AND UNPLEASANT STAFF TOWARDS FOREIGNERS.
