- Room was very hot and stuffy, no aircon. A lock box was only provided after requesting and not bolted down to anything. No fridge, no tv,.

- No tiene aire acondicionado. Calor insoportable . Desayuno pésimo

+ De inrichting ziet er leuk uit. Het is goed gelegen, met een heel fijn restaurant (el bodegon) naast de deur. De huiseigenaar - die wij enkel de laatste dag ontmoetten - sprak goed Engels en was heel vriendelijk.

- Deze B&B was nog niet lang geopend en toen wij er waren, was de huisbazin afwezig. Toch vinden we het belangrijk te melden dat er heel wat verbeteringen nodig zijn om hier een aangenaam verblijf te kunnen hebben. 1. De inrichting ziet er leuk uit, maar de afwerking laat te wensen over. 2. In de badkamer is er geen gordijn, waardoor de buren je onder de douche kunnen zien staan. 3. Het meisje in de ochtend sprak geen Engels, was niet vriendelijk en zag geen werk. We zagen haar zelfs een keer op een opgemaakt bed in een andere kamer liggen. 4. We stonden meerdere keren voor een gesloten deur. 5. De bedden in de kamer aan de straatkant hadden een echte deuk in de matras. Hoe kan dat wanneer je nog maar pas open bent? Er was daar ook veel lawaai. 6. Na het poetsen vonden we meermaals lange, donkere haren op de grond. 7. Het ontbijt was ronduit zielig. We konden kiezen tussen toast met ei of sandwich kaas/hesp. Andere dingen moesten we bijbetalen, maar konden we toch niet bestellen? We hebben ons ongenoegen geuit en foto's getoond van gelijkwaardige hotels in de buurt. Daarna kregen we toch ook toast met avocado, yoghurt en muesli. 8. Er is een ontbijthoek waar je 24u water, thee en fruit kan nemen. Fijn, maar het rook er vreemd, de bananen lagen er half open, het water voor de thee 's avonds was hetzelfde van 's morgens, dus helemaal niet meer warm. Er was één soort thee; pas na enkele dagen en op onze herhaaldelijke vraag, was er de laatste dag een keuze. 9. Bij aankomst moesten we meteen het volledige bedrag betalen. Dat was na drie weken rondtrekken in Peru de eerste keer dat dat van ons gevraagd werd. Na een slapeloze nacht en een arm ontbijt, begrepen we waarom.

- My single room was very small and extremely stuffy. There were windows but the street noise was very loud. A fan was suppied but the room lacked ventilation. I would advise againt this choice of room. A hair dryer was not supplied in the room as advertised but one was found when requested. I returned home one day to no water, and more strangely, no advice of such when I walked in. I also had to ask for room cleaning after 2 days. This hotel is ok if you are on a super budget, and younare prepared for things to be consistantly not quite right, but there are many more hotel options in this area. Im returning to Lima but wont be returning to this hotel.

+ La ubicación a 2 cuadras de la Huaca Pucllana y muy cerca del parque kennedy

- La cama era pequeña y dura, habitación poco amoblada y sin televisor .

- No nos hicieron un día la habitación, con el pretexto que hay que decirles que le hagan, lo cual es absurdo para ser un hotel.. También un día a la 1.30 am había una obra trabajando

- 1. The girl at the reception Paloma is not at all trained for hospitality. While handing over the clothes for laundry to her she was expecting that one will pay separately for washing and drying of clothes. Then she was informed that the laundry service will not return the wet clothes. 2. There is nowhere the name or the title of this property is displayed on its entrance so one has to search it with the address given which is not easy 3. One has to walk for at least one Kilometer or take some conveyance in order to reach the center of Miraflores which is the area around Kennedy Park. 4. The exhaust fan and the light in the bathroom is operated by a common switch so whenever one will switch on the light the loud exhaust fan will be automatically on which is not required especially while taking shower and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very very loud. 5. Soundproofing in the room is not proper as the people talking at the reception area can be heard in the room upstairs. The equipment/ machine/ water pump they are using for filling the water storage tank is very loud. 6. Their laundry prices are 3 times the rates charged for 1 kg clothes by the many laundry service shops situated within few meters of the property. So one can get the laundry done from these shops. Property will charge around 15 Peruvian Sol per kg and rate outside is 5 to 7 Sol per kg 7. On the first day when I used the towel in the shower area it was smelling very bad. 8. No TV in the room 9. No almirah or wardrobe with doors in the room. Only open shelf is there for keeping and hanging the clothes. 10. No intercom in the room and no WhatsApp number for contacting anyone from the property. Everytime one has to go to the person at the reception and ask him/her for anything needed. 11. TV in the breakfast area was not working which was the only TV as there was no TV in the room. 12.

+ De eigenaar van het hotel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

- Een beetje verder weg voor mijn gevoel en ik had echt een klein eenpersoonskamer

+ Gostei de tudo! Todos muito receptivos, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar com dicas de onde comer e o que fazer ao redor de Lima. Espero voltar em breve!

- En realidad me gustó todo, me hubiese gustado quedarme hospedado un poco más, pero todo bien.

+ A hospedagem fica numa casa que é uma graça, os ambientes da recepção, café e varanda são charmosos e bem decorados. A rua é bem tranquila, ao mesmo tempo próxima para caminhar até os pontos principais de Miraflores. Também tem restaurantes, mercadinhos e farmácias por perto.

- Fui muito bem recebida pela recepcionista da tarde, mas tivemos um problema porque voltamos de um jantar a noite não tinha ninguém na recepção para abrir para a gente. Tentamos contato por telefone e também não conseguimos. Tivemos que contar com a ajuda de um hóspede para abrir a porta e conseguirmos entrar. O café da manhã tem poucas opções e deixa a desejar também. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado, apenas dois ventiladores.

+ Quiet, friendly staff and good location. Facilities adequate.

- The shower floor was slippery and there were no hand rails to make you feel safe. The bedroom was a bit too hot; the fan was not enough for the heat.

+ 服務很好！住的舒服！前台人員全部都很親切！我們提前寄放行李，回來時行李直接幫我們搬到房間裡！我們的房間在2樓，行李有3大個！真的超貼心！ 公共空間很舒服，佈置的很可愛！還有提供免費的水、咖啡、熱水、茶包，在大廳休息是一種享受～

- 二樓房間有點悶，要開門才會對流。
