First time staying at this accommodation. Overall, the experience was quite positive. The staff were helpful and friendly, the ambience was pleasant, and the facilities were generally well maintained. I would gladly give five stars for those aspects. However, the main issue that significantly affected my stay was the presence of bed bugs inside the capsule. As a result, I was unable to rest properly, and it disrupted my schedule for the following day. To be fair, the staff responded to my complaint and cleaned the capsule after I reported the issue. However, this only happened after I raised the concern, and the cleaning took place at around 2:30 AM, by which time my sleep had already been disrupted. I strongly recommend improving the cleanliness standards and ensuring that cleaning SOPs are properly implemented and monitored. Issues like this should ideally be identified before guests check in rather than after a complaint is made. I paid for a comfortable night's sleep, not for a bed bug hunt. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly, as the accommodation has great potential in every other aspect.
