Wayha Hostel Don Mueang Airport

Achtung die negative Bewertung kam nur aufgrund von Bettwanzenbefall zustande. Ich weiss das grundsätzlich jemand die Bettwanzen ins Hostel bringt und die sich dann da vermehren. Ich möchte hier ein grosses Lob an das Personal und besonders an das Management aussprechen. Ich wurde vom Manager nach der Abreise persönlich kontaktiert, welcher sich nach meinem Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat. Er hat sich auch persönlich für die Umstände entschuldigt und war sehr bemüht eine gemeinsame Lösung für die Unannehmlichkeiten zu finden. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für Ihre Bemühungen.

There was bugs in the bed. Another person in the room had a similar problem however there was no bugs in my bed when I went to sleep however I woke up with them there. The property is a good location for a layover in the airport or train station, however would recommend as im now conscious I have bed bugs.

The friendly staff always help. The hostel itself is quite cozy: the room is small, but everything is there. Breakfast is meager, but you can always find biscuit and coffee. Also there is always fresh water available for free! In general, everything was fine, just we had another problem with bedbugs :/ There were bedbugs in the bed. They bit my friend badly, she itched. Then I accidentally brought them home with my clothes and had to wash everything at home, wash the pillows, wash the mattress.
