Did not like the bed bugs in particular, but I think the least I liked the buff receptionist who does not know what the word service means.

AC was broken in the first room. Second room had a bug in the bed and a chunk of hair in the shower. Both rooms had 1, single outlet to be used. Front desk was nice and helpful
