+ The kind old lady at the reception is very helpful but that’s about it.
- Bedbugs infestation all over the dorm rooms. Many travelers cancelled and relocated elsewhere during my stay. I couldnt sleep the whole night and went to another hostel at galle face beach. The lady at the reception is very helpful though, needless to say, but the owner of the place must reinvest in pest control services and an overhaul of the dorm rooms.

+ Nothing Even they were refusing to give me a guest bad, i booked, saying hostel is fully occupied ! At last, on my humble request, after 1hour, they gave me a staff bad in a dirty tiny room!

- Terrible experience! Very dirty, smelly, mostly locals staying. I found bugs in the bed, so I refused to sleep here and went to look for another place to stay.

- To preface, I don’t know when my money was stolen out of my wallet, but from the ATM to realizing I was missing 40,000-45,000 rupees 12 hours later, the only time my wallet was not in my front pocket was when I took a shower at the hostel… I had placed my bags in the front where they were in view of the camera, however, the staff told me not to put my bags there and to instead put them on a separate shelf which was not in view of the camera. I was reluctant but obliged. A few hours later as I was on the bus to Ella I noticed my wallet was light… I asked the staff to simply review the footage to see if anyone walked down the corridor where my bag was and they were extremely unhelpful… They took almost 1 week to get the manager to review the footage, and then he simply sent a screen shot of me in the lobby. He told me he would send additional footage of the corridor to where my bag was left, but never did (despite reminding him several times)… Again, I am unsure if the money was stolen here, but it is suspicious they made me move my bag to an area which did not have the camera, and then have been very difficult to work with to review the footage… Additionally, when I got in my bed to go to sleep I looked to my left and the wall had a bunch of markings on it. Upon closer inspection it looked like someone had wiped bloody boogers on the wall… Absolutely disgusting… Do not recommend staying here based on my experience.

- 過去に何度もトコジラミ(bed bugs)の報告がある宿です。2週間前に泊まった時は問題なかったので、油断していましたが、やはり出没しました。 ベッド横の壁にトコジラミがいたため、急いで荷造りをして払い戻しをしてチェックアウトしました。女性用ドミトリーです。 衝撃だったのは、トコジラミが出た時の、宿側の余りにも不誠実な対応です。 まず、出没を報告した際に、「この間消毒をしたんだからトコジラミは居ない」と、シラを切りました。 そして、払い戻しの手配をとっている際に、後から来た女性の宿泊客に、トコジラミの存在を隠蔽し、説明無しで同じ部屋にチェックインさせようとしました(私が説明し、止めました)。また他の宿泊客にも隠蔽するように指示しました。 最終的には、managerが来て、謝罪をすると思いきや、Do you want to pay back ? Or bug back ? なんていう極めて稚拙で低俗な冗談をかましてきました。彼らは、宿にトコジラミが出た事を何とも思っていないようです。低レビューをつけられることが怖いのか、後から来た女性には、その宿のいい所を説明したり、被害者面をして情に訴えかけていました。 ここまで不誠実で胸糞悪い宿は初めてです。トコジラミを完全に駆除ができるまで閉業するべきだと思います。旅行者を介して被害を拡大させない為にも、誰1人として宿泊して欲しくありません。

+ Близко к ЖД вокзалу и автобусному, есть горячая и холодная питьевая вода, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер и вентилятор, WiFi, вкусный завтрак.
- Два раза ночевала там, первый раз все ок, а во второй раз меня всю ночь кто то кусал, спать вообще не смогла
+ Closer to bus stand as soon as you get down in Colombo.. nothing else is good
- Old and very pathetic condition to stay.. bathrooms are maintained well by the workers but bed and dorma so ugly and unhygienic what else staff can do .

+ Todo muy bien, la gente amable y el desayuno rico
+ Das Frühstück war sehr süß zubereitet und die beiden Damen, die das Hostel leiten sind unendlich lieb und bemüht
- Das Gebäude ist sehr heruntergekommen, kahle weiße Wände und grelles weißes Licht hinter Ventilatoren - ziemlich brutal wenn man etwas Ruhe braucht

Bed Bugs! Don’t understand how this hostel has such a high rating, it was absolutely disgusting! even though it’s really close to Colombo Fort Railway Station please avoid, it’ll save time and hassle of trying to get rid of them after leaving as they have now infested my backpack!

+ the location is close to colombo fort train station. just go out from the back of train station. there is a small train station next to it. It's easier to take train along the beach. The lady is so nice. She will give answer for what travelers might have. The breakfast is delicious. It's rare to have such a full breakfast. I can feel how much they keep cleanness for the hostel. You can take bus to airport in front of colombo fort train station. in female dorm, there is an individual shower and toilet.
- the entrance sign is not obvious. There are three accommodations in this building. Just follow the sign to upstairs.

+ The ladies were very kind and let me drop my bags in the morning. The place was clean and there were a lot of information available
+ Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. 800m zum Bahnhof Colombo Fort. Die beiden Damen Neela und Indra(zuständig für das ausgezeichnete Frühstück) sind immer da und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, Handtuch vorhanden, AC in der Nacht. Ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.
