Not the place for sleep at night. A bunch of long-time dwellers who think of themselves entitled to make noise until 2-3am or listen to loud music in the early morning.

Olía mal, los baños siempre mojados y sucios. Las maletas se dejaban en el medio de la habitación frente a todas las camas, lo que impedia el libre transito. el locker para guardar las pertenencias pequeño. Para cargar los telefonos habian dos extensiones en la habitación que no todos tenían acceso (solo la gente que vive ahi)por lo que debías dejar tus objetos enchufados lejos. La cocina inutilizable, ni para dejar algo. Mucha rotacion de gente, daba la sensación de que se te iba a perd...

Disappointing Stay – Unwelcoming Atmosphere and Poor Management The atmosphere was uncomfortable, rude staff and long term living guest that had already formed their cliques and made it hard to feel welcome. Staff didn’t event follow their own rules about the noise, felt like they were doing it on purpose. They also moved, touched and mess with our things (luggage & bed )without or permission, they folded my still wet towel, so it never dried and stunk. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Not a good experience, no space for luggage. Rooms were cramped, not what it looks like from photos. Long time dwellers making so much noise throughout the night.

This hostel did not match its description. The rooms were extremely cramped, leaving almost no space for luggage. There was only one functioning shower for over 30 people, and the other bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. The main room was noisy, with people watching movies at full volume at all hours, making it difficult to relax.

This review is based on what hostelworld website charged me, I paid roughly more than $40 per might while on Nexthouse website its was half . Nexthouse is very good hostel at the price they are charging, at a great location and facilities but the amount I paid makes it less attractive. Moving forward I'll book directly. Regarding facility, they should make the kitchen close so the smell of food doesn’t come to sitting/working here, as a lot of people are living, almost everyone is cooking

Mooie, schone plek. Een gast slaapt op de bank, dat is bijzonder. Manager mag iets vriendelijker, hij zet geen extra stap voor je. Een laken/deken zat vol met bruine aangekoekte vlekken, dus betwijfel of elk laken na een stay wordt gewassen en vervangen. Ook wonen er hier mensen in plaats van hostel mensen, dus weinig ruimte voor je spullen en die expats liggen tot 13.00 uur in hun bed. Je krijgt dan geen hostel vibes. Er zijn zeker punten van verbetering!

Generally, it was nice being here, I recommend people to stay here, great location, the man in charge also is very nice guy

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They are cleaning everyday. I didn’t like that there’s people living long term there like a shared flat. Some of them are noisy and dirty.

The host of this hostel is very nice, caring and helps out if needed. He cleans the rooms, bathroom and kitchen every two hours 🧼There could be more daylight in the rooms though and night lamp for an evening, cause if you’re sleeping up, the light is very bright.

Welcoming and reactive hosts for any service. Perfect location as we are close to the beach, the restaurants, the metro, the subway and the Marina Mall. A nice place to stay in Dubai.

Very clean and comfortable felt like home :) A big thank for the stuff

Good stay in Next’House, we appreciated Niky doing the cleaning every day and being around in case we need anything. He was very helpful and kind. Little minus for the security as the main door is never locked and you cannot put your bag in a locker. But in Dubai it’s not necessary I guess… Would recommend this place:)

Great hostel with great people! The location is just perfect the beach is 5 minutes walk, happening promenade and marina walk 😍 Thank you Valentin for the great stay 😁

10/10 stay here, brilliant location, lovely people, very clean and felt so safe.

One of the best Dubai hostels. Based closed to beach, shopping hub, marina mall. Very vibrant vibe with happening places and restaurants. The hostel is super clean, luxurious and Valentin is always there to help the guests. Must recommend! :D
