Grand Square Hostel Luxor

+ El recepcionista muy agradable. Nos regaló un agua porque no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno incluido.

- Hasta altas horas de la noche mucho ruido por las escaleras , gente hablando sin respetar. Habitaciones pequeñas con humedades, con falta de higiene y el baño muy pequeño con la ducha encima del baño no había plato

- I had a reservation and when I went they said there were no rooms available. The same thing has happened to many people before. I think you should even consider making a reservation.

- We are backpackers and believe me we wish we’ve had pay 10€ more to get a decent room. We are not asking for a spacious room just a clean one where we feel a bit confortable. That was not the case. Hair everywhere in the bathroom, toilet not cleaned and even the second bed was full of hairs. On top of that, worst bed I’ve ever sleep. The young guy tried to get into our room while we were sleeping in the afternoon. Don’t really know his intentions but it didn’t feel very safe for our belongings. Please, pay a little extra and do not come here.

- I just visited the hostel for a night stay as I had a bus to Hurghada the next day. The person managing the things Ali signed me up for the hot air balloon trip which was supposed to be the first trip before sunrise. I was changed to different groups twice in between and finally ended up in the second trip after the sunrise. And they charged me full for the sunrise trip. Over the dispute that happened on the pricing after the hot air balloon trip, I lost my bus to Hurghada as well. Never ever trust this hostel. About the dorm : not clean and congested and dirty bathroom. Edit: Adding the response to my review from Ali from the Hostel. A genuine proof that how they treat people and how disgusting that person is.

- La cama el colchón en muy mal estado lástima un poco los fierros dije está bien por el precio es muy bajo pero mandé a lavar y me perdieron una playera les dije dos días y jamas me dieron una solución

+ Tesis sahibi Ali Bey, aşırı yardımsever biri Türkleri de ayrıca çok çok seviyor. Otel statüsünde en iyilerden bir tanesi fiyat performans açısından da çok uygun. Güvenli bir şekilde kalınabilecek otel’dir. Bizi zorla para almadan hem sehir icine hem se havaalanına kendi araçları ile bıraktılar.

- Tesis temizlenmesi gerekiyor. Oda icleri haric hersey çok naturel. Ama odaların bakimi ve tamiri gerekiyor.

+ El personal siempre fue super amable :) Nos ofrecieron té todo el tiempo y fueron muy atentos. Eso lo valoramos muchísimo, por esta razón volvería. 🤍

- El wifi no funciona en las habitaciones. Las camas no son nada cómodas, pero para 1 o 2 noches está Ok. Definitivamente es un hostal para mochileros.
