Hafez Hotel Apartments - Al Ras Metro Station

+ It was awful, very bad, horrible, full of cockroaches, there was no tennis court, and they didn't clean it either. There was a very bad smell in the hallways.

- Don't go here at all. They are very greedy. It smells really bad and is old. There are a lot of cockroaches. They come on your body at night when you sleep. The kitchen floor, under the fridge and next to it, and the cabinets are extremely dirty.

- Dear Management, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the cleanliness of my room. The room has not been cleaned properly, and there is a serious cockroach problem, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. This has caused great discomfort and concern about hygiene and safety. I request immediate action to resolve this issue, either by thorough cleaning and pest control or by arranging an alternative room. I hope this matter will be addressed promptly.

+ The only positive is it's close proximity to the Al Ras metro station. That is it...

- The dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. Stains absolutely everywhere, the carpet was disgusting. Barely functioning toilet, super low shower pressure. Towels and other basics only after you came to complain. Dirty dishes. Windows crewed shut, no balcony.

- فندق سي جدا يوجد به حشرات في الغرف والممرات اول مره اسكن مثل هذا الفندق حجزت بالخطأ ولما شفت الفندق ندمت حاولت أسحب المبلغ ما رضئ لاني دافع عن طريق البوكنج

- Night shift receptionist - his behaviour to treat guest isn’t good.

- Have to pay for parking in hotel own basement parking. Cockroaches everywhere in the room and kitchen. Microwave stopped working after day one. Almost no cooking pots or utensils available inside the unit, and the one that was there was old and unclean. Freeze compartment inside fridge not working, so all food defrosted. No cutlery, plates or anything to be considered a hotel apartment

- Only one thing i need to tell is i ask for the king size bed but they just put 2 single bed together and if were lying down it will separate
