Suneta Hostel Chiang Mai

There were bed bugs. The room needs fumigation, I got rashes all over.

Leider haben wir nach unserer ersten Nacht Bettwanzen in den Betten entdeckt!! Das Personal war zwar sehr kooperativ und hat uns das gesamte Geld wiedergegeben und unsere Wäsche gewaschen, jedoch war Ihnen das Problem offensichtlich bewusst und es wird nicht viel dagegen unternommen. Es scheint so, als würde das Zimmer (4er Familien Zimmer) einfach direkt weitervermietet werden.

was pretty clean. however beware of bed bugs in sofa pillows from the common room. found two of them clinging to my pants.

I stayed here and after I have collections of bites all over my body. Assuming they were bed bugs. In clusters & straight line down my legs. It looks nice but the bottom line is I won’t be coming back here or recommending to anyone

L’auberge pourrait être bien mais il y avait des punaises de lit partout dans les parties commune, les lits sont affreux et les salles de bain pas forcément propre

Very pleasant hostel, A good thick blanket. Showers are large and clean. The toilet is also clean and has a cole door. the water is cold, but with this heat it can't hurt. I thought the room was a bit less, There is a middle door between the rooms that doesn't lock, so you can see your neighbor next to you. I had a few spots on my sheet and a bed bugs. I also said this to the staff and they going to clean it when we are going. And the air conditioner that always blows on you And unfortunately it makes a lot of noise😓. But for the rest it was quiet in the hostel. And I also liked the breakfast, just be careful of the ants on the sauces They also come for breakfast in the morning.

Softest sheets I've ever slept with! too bad that we found a few bedbugs here and there.

Warning: BED BUGS The first night while in bed I saw a bed bug crawling on the mattress in front of me.The next morning when I woke up I was covered in bed bug bites. I raised my concerns to the hostel staff, and from this point onward they were horrible to me, particularly one of the girls at reception. I had to sterilise all of my clothes, and will need to sterilise my suitcase too. I ended up checking out early. They would not give me a full refund. AVOID

Bed bugs!!!!!!! If it wasn’t for the bed bugs I’d give it a 5 star review. But as a traveller living out of a backpack, nothing is worse than bed bugs. Apparently two hours after I left, they brought exterminators to get rid of bugs. If they knew, why didn’t they inform guests!?!
