+ The wall was probably why I picked this hostal
- It smelled awful, the staff and girls staying there were always in your business…and problematic. I got my food stolen.I did not enjoy my stay I felt bad for the people working there, the girl who slept and worked there would always ask me for food..she even cried to me about her living in mexico and suffering abuse. I wanted to leave the whole time I felt like I was at a hospital with several patients and felt like I couldn’t leave when I pleased, the noise in the back at all hours gave me a sleep disorder and I stayed here for a month I couldn’t even make it to the beach one time. I had to call the police on these guys who were sexually harassing me and this old man who would smoke cigarettes all day and night right outside of the rooms.
- I definitly dont recommand this place. I was there four night and I never saw anyone cleaning. There was mold on my wood structure bed. The bathroom and shower smell really bad. The kitchen was unsanitary. I never dared to cook in it. The photos are old. This hostel look like these but with 10 years old of neglect. Yes it very cheap. But get what you get.

Nous sommes restées à peine 10 mn car nous nous sommes rendues compte que ce n’était pas une auberge de jeunesse comme les autres. L’une des femmes (qui n’était qu’en t-shirt et culotte) nous a posé 3 fois la même question étrange à propos de nos passeports si nous allions les mettre dans un casier et si nous connaissions le code??? Elle semblait avoir fumé quelque chose. Il y’avait des affaires sales de partout, de la moisissure sur les matelas, des culottes et des mégots de cigarettes par terre. Je suis sûre que si j’avais regardé plus longtemps j’y aurai trouvé des cafards. Nous avons décidé de faire le check out immédiatement après ça car il était hors de question que nous restions une minute de plus dans cet endroit qui selon moi n’a RIEN À FAIRE sur booking.

- Hôtel ""intelligent"" il n'y à plus d'employés, je suis resté 20 min devant a sonné, avant d'appeler pour qu'on m'explique qu'il fallait scanner un code QR pour le code de l'entrée puis tout une démarche via WhatsApp pour trouver mes draps, donc on fait son propre lit et pareil au départ, c'est les clients qui travaille, c'est "géré" par des bénévoles à certaines heures mais franchement je ne les ai pas croisé ou en tout anonymat... La cuisine était fermé car, je cite : "les clients ne savent pas être propre et ça ne vaut pas le coup de risqué une amande d'insalubrité a cause de leur suciedad " mais c'est sur que sans e mployés un hôtel ne peut pas être tenu correctement... Ou va le monde Le capitalisme voir l'esclavage moderne à son paroxysme, ce n'est pas le seul établissement de ce genre que je fais dans la ville et je trouve ça vraiment dingue que des gens (surtout des jeunes) travail 30h semaine pour un lit dans un dortoir et rien de plus... Je n'ai jamais noté un établissement car chacun a sa façon de voir les choses mais là je trouve ça vraiment indécent...

- Es un lugar cucarachiento. Y la persona que me atendio fue muy despota. Muy grosera. El lugar estaba muy sucio y nada que ver con las fotos. En lugar de "red panda" deberia ser "red cucaracha".

- Chambre très bruyante. Et il y avait des cheveux de collés sur les murs de la douche. Le rideau de était trop court et le plancher complet de la salle de bain était trempé après une douce et il n'a jamais séché. J'ai été incapable de faire démarrer l'aire climatisé. Et ....
Don’t ignore the reviews, this place sucks! Honestly, it’s the worst hostel I have been in the world. I booked the single room, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bed like made out of a wooden crates, there is no support. There is a bar around the corner and you hear all the loud music, there was a day where a band was playing, it was terrible! The music doesn’t stop until like 3 am. If you like being sleepy and having back pain, this is your place.
Super loud location next to a bar. Very loud music into the night, and constructions next door start early in the morning. We didn't have any sleep. The place looks worn out like it hasn't been taken care of for a few years. We do nit recommend it. We planned to stay for 2 nights and left after 1.

En general el alojamiento es bueno, la ubicación es buena y es muy tranquilo en cuanto a afluencia, el trato por whatsapp es bueno por que lo hace el encargado pero la chica argentina que atiende el día a día es súper grosera, solo búscala manera de increparte por cualquier cosa, no tiene la más minimalista educación y la habitación femenina está llena de sus cosas por todos lados incluso la cama de arriba de la suya es más bien un basurero, la cocina no se puede usar por que solo la u...
In general the accommodation is good, the location is good and it is very quiet in terms of affluence, the deal by whatsapp is good because the manager does it but the Argentine girl who attends the day to day is super rude, she's just looking for a way to be uncomfortable with anything, she doesn't have the most minimalist education and the women's room is full of her stuff everywhere including her top bed is more of a garbage can, the kitchen can't be used because only she uses it.
+ Loved the hostel. Great location, it's quiet but it's in the center of PDC. I will definitely come back. The hostel replied in minutes everytime I reached out when I needed something and I could even check out later! Rosie is amazing and helpful!
+ We had a great stay at Red Panda hostel - easy check-in, helpful staff on-site and available & very responsive via WhatsApp. We received lots of great travel advice and free entry to Cenote Eden as part of our booking (easy trip via colectivo bus) - wonderful experience. The room was large, nicely decorated, and included sink & fridge. The location is very convenient, very close to ferry terminal, Quinta Avenida and ADO bus terminal. The water cooler was much appreciated.
- On one night there was loud party music from a nearby venue - bring ear plugs. The other nights were fine.

- Baños y duchas con bastante necesidad de una pequeña remodelación.

The worker of the place is amazing and super helpful. Otherwise I wouldn't go again. The kitchen was so dirty I wouldn't use it. Also just a lot of trash on the property.

+ Der Self-Checkin war mal was neues und auch gut, da ich relativ spät angekommen bin.
- Die Wasserspender waren alle leer und der Pool sah gesperrt aus.

+ La ubicación del hotel es muy accesible quedas en punto medio entre la playa y chedraui( hay hay vans que te llevan por menor. Costo a diferentes destinos lo más increíble es que el hotel te da de cortesía 1 entrada al cenote jardin del eden un lugar bellísimo
- Me hubiera gustado que rentaran bicicleta hay mismo
