Hostal R10

Nous avons été facturé 50% de supplément du montant total du séjour pour être arrivés et fait le Check in 2h plus tôt … première fois que cela nous arrive ! Hotel un peu vieillot qui mériterait un coup de neuf mais bien localisé dans la Candelaria.

No! please guys, just don't! This place is not good. they dont have heeting system therefore the rooms are cold and moisture! thr quality of the bed linens are very cheap! and everything generally cheap and used! staff not really kind,not at all, cleaning lady is a goship center! receptionist burned out! sometimes music was very laud! only good thing is the location

My stay at R10 Hostel was very disappointing. The noise level was unacceptable, making sleep difficult. The bathroom cleanliness was poor and clearly needed more attention. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept dropping out, making it impossible to work. Staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful with basic questions. I did not feel the hostel offered good value for money compared to others in the area. Look elsewhere!

I don’t recommend this hostel for your stay in Bogota! I didn’t get the room I booked. Room was without a window…I sent two emails to the hostel before I booked it and I have never received a response and so on…This was not a good start for me in Colombia.

Room doesn't look like the pictures. No windows, smelly and not clean. Really small bathroom. Asked a refund and left within a hour of Check-in

We did not get the room we booked,a Superior room with private bathroom & got a small room with shared bath. We had to ask, then they told us there is no other free room for us,we had to stay in that room.We had to tell them that the price of our room was more than double,so after they had to speak with a manager the next day finally they gave us the price from the cheaper room,but did not consider that we alredy made a pre payment of 10% for the expensive one& payed the full price in addition...

La ubicación del sitio es fantástica y el edificio es grande y muy bonito, por lo que es inexplicable el poco potencial que se le saca dado el servicio prestado. Lo peor es la limpieza, uno pasa de puntillas y sin respirar en los baños de lo sucios que están, cosa que no mejora en las habitaciones,las cuales no tienen ventanas y son cero cómodas.

This place is advertised as having a 24 hour reception. I emailed them days in advance to let them know I'd arrive past midnight. No response, I arrived and everything was shut. I spent 20 mins outside banging on the door trying to get in... Nothing. I even messaged them the day after for a follow up on email and Google messages and still nothing. Only thing I have to be grateful for right now is that they haven't charged me for a 'no show', though I'm sure they probably will despite everythin

muy buena ubicación. pero tenia bastante polvo, las areas comunes eran pocas. ademas pedi una toalla en la noche y ya no tenian (cuando el hotel no estaba lleno). accedes al camarote de arrina era complicado (termine cayendome y cortandome). hay mejores hostales en el area. tiene potencial si le invierten

Rooms clean, facilities good, nice breakfast. However, bit of a weird atmosphere, and feels like a dodgy area of town. DJ playing from 12pm to an empty rooftop.

Super personnel, j'ai pu tester deux types de chambres individuelles, avec et sans salle de bain, les deux tres bien niveau literie MAIS celle sans salle de bain donnant sur rue était très bruyante, trafic toute la nuit avec klaxon... et il fallait descendre pour aller à la salle de bain commune, très petite. Sinon terrasse agréable, personnel top et localisation super.

Ganz besonders möchte ich das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal hervorheben, das auf individuelle Wünsche einging. Die Zimmer in der untersten Etage sind nicht empfehlenswert, sehr klein, laut und abgenutzt. Nachdem es aber nicht mehr erträglich für mich war, wurde freundlicherweise auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen und ich durfte das Zimmer wechseln. Die obere Etage ist weitaus besser ausgestattet. Das Gebäude ist sehr schön und weitläufig. Allerdings auch teilweise sehr hellh�...

R10 is a great option for anyone looking to be in the thick of La Candelaria in Bogota. Perfect location, amazing staff, and a beautiful building with clean facilities. The majority of guests are solo travelers from all over the world which makes for a friendly and social atmosphere, especially with a bar and restaurant on the rooftop terrace. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a relaxed but social hostel to stay at in the center of the city.

Hermoso hostel. La gente que trabaja ahí es muy piola, te ayudan y te charlan un montón. Viaje sola y sin embargo cuando estaba ahí se sintió muy lindo. Las actividades en la terraza están muy buenas. Las habitaciones muy limpias y la camada cómoda. El lugar es antiguo entonces es precioso

Ok.. But super loud in the morning the traffic is insane.. and the restroom are super small I could barely sit on the toilet...

Comfortable stay - loved the roof top bar and breakfast. Only 14000COP for a full breakfast with tea/coffee. Had places to lock bags in rooms and curtains on beds (big plus!) Not the most social but the bar upstairs gave opportunity to socialise if you wanted. Perfect location. Would recommend!

Really beautiful Hostel in the heart of Bogota. Staff is super nice. The breakfast is freshly made on the rooftop terrace and was delicious. The terrace is a nice place to chill, although the music was a little bit too loud for my taste. Some of the private rooms don’t have windows or air conditioning. But in mine it was nice and cool anyway. The location is great for exploring the heart of the city. But I wouldn’t walk the neighbourhood around after sundown. All in all a great stay!

Me encantó alojarme en el Hostel R10. Las instalaciones son buenas y el personal es excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, hay todo cerca. El desayuno marca toda la diferencia para empezar bien el día. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!

Un lugar súper acogedor, céntrico, el personal es muy amable y siempre tienes actividades de tal manera que puedes interactuar con otras personas. Nicolle, Andrés y Juan Pablo son lo máximo, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites 💜

Chill hostel in a safe neighborhood

Ostello in pieno centro comodissimo con i servizi e vicino ai principali punti di interesse della città. Atmosfera super e frequentato. La cucina a disposizione è piccola e poco fornita ma comoda:l’unica pecca è la pulizia di questo spazio. Camere comode e bagno anche. Un po’ rumoroso nei weekend ma nulla di insopportabile Personale gentilissimo che parla anche inglese

Average. Stay here if you want a cheap night but not a clean one. Location is ok. Staff were nice. My bed was dirty, hairy with stains. The staff did move me beds but less than ideal. Bathrooms dirty. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

buen lugar, buena ubicación cerca de areas sociales y culturales. el servicio bien. lo unico que elndia que llegue hubo un detalle con el baño pero fue resuelto rápidamente al siguiente dia. buena comida y ambiente. el personal muy amable y atento.

Good value for the price and a nice location. The staff were super friendly, and there’s plenty of space in the hostel. However, the main downside for me was the bathrooms. They didn’t feel or look very clean, and one of them had a particularly bad smell. Also, the layout of the toilets is a bit awkward — in some of them, the toilet is so close to the wall that it’s almost impossible to walk through to reach the shower.

Such a nice house with great facilities! The kitchen takes a little getting used to, but everything works well. The rooftop bar offers amazing views, and the location is perfect for joining nearby tours and exploring the city.
