Great location and felt very private. Staff was very kind. I woke up in the morning with bed bug bites. I immediately contacted the staff through booking and they responded within 3 hours to apologize and let me know they would check my bunk as soon as they were in. Also gave me tips on what steps to take to kill them and treat my pack.

Very friendly staff, offering recommendations where to eat. Comfy beds and the curtains between the dorm sections make it feel less like a 40 person dorm (or however many people it fits...) The bed bugs! I messaged the property after discovering insect bites the next day just to inform them to check for bed bugs. The response I got felt like a canned one and I later heard that the albergues in Pontevedra are known for having bed bugs... So next time, I'm gonna plan my stages differently, because this is horrible.
