The reception staff were helpful, and even upgraded us to a better room when we complained about noise. The hotel is also in a lovely leafy neighbourhood, Dupont Circle, close to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops (a) the bed was too soft and spring and (b) we got badly bitten, probably by bed bugs and (c) there was no breakfast

The manager stole from my room 100 dollars than charged my friend a 100 dollar smokwr fee even tho he never smoked in his life And there were bed bugs!!
