Der Strand und die Aussicht. Die Drinks an der Bar waren gut. Die Menschen waren freundlich. -Transport zum Hotel nur um 09:00 Uhr. Wir mussten Selber ein Transport über Baru organisiere da wir erst um 10 uhr gelandet sind. War sehr abenteuerlich... - Schlechtes Essen, vieles auf der Karte nichtmal verfügbar - Unser gebuchtes Zimmer "Villa" konnten wir aufgrund von schäden nicht beziehen. - Ausgelegt für Tagestouristen nicht für Hotelgäste - Aufdringliche Standverkäufer - Ersatztzimmer mit Meeresblick direkt beim Pier, wir mussten permanent die Rollos runter machen. Man hörte ständig Mitarbeiter oder Tagestouristen. Keine Privatsfähre. Auf kein fall Zimmer 101 nehmen! - Am nächsten Tag hatten wir Ausschläge, wir vermuten Bettwanzen... - Bilder und Webseite suggerieren ein ruhiges Resort, vorgefunden haben wir ein für Tagestouristen auseglegter Strand mit schlechtem Essen und ein paar Zimmer.

The beach is very peaceful if you don’t have tons of daily tours coming in. It’s inside the green and you have animals that go around freely. You can also reach the little village walking. -CLIENT SERVICE. Tremendously dirty and most of the staff is rude. We almost got stuck at the power because nobody notifies you that there is a limit hour to reach the island. We asked for help for 2 days and nobody has ever gotten back to us. At the end we had to pay an extra night in Cartagena and get there 1 day later. -DIRT. I read of bed bugs in some comments and indeed I found our mattress with stains and black spots/crusts at the bottom. Some rooms have mold which is a reflection of the low maintenance. Other customers bought the superior rooms and they had leaks and dirty floors. -FOOD: the options given for the half-pension are very limited and if you try to ask for small changes if I have allergies or intolerances, they become irritated. NOTE: it’s not buffet. Which means that you have limited amount of food and if you try to ask for more they sometimes tell you NO. -OVERTOURISM: many places in the island unfortunately they accept daily tours. I understand that it’s for getting more money, but we had a group of 40 people that got drunk on the the entire day. They’ve been shouting and putting on some loud music until the end. This can really ruin the idea of peacefulness and relax that people might except from a place like this.

La posizione della struttura è meravigliosa. La struttura è molto trasandata e non rispecchia le foto. In stanza avevamo la muffa e vi era un odore sgradevole. Il WiFi in camera non funzionava, il che è un problema dato che si è su un arcipelago. Il peggio però era un collaboratore della reception, che non sembrava né competente né motivato a lavorare. Quando abbiamo chiesto qualcosa la risposta è stata che a quell'ora del mattino (10.00) lui fa colazione e quindi di venire dopo. Quando abbiamo trovato delle CIMICI DA LETTO, sembrava poco sorpreso e ci ha offerto un'altra stanza - dando la nostra ai prossimi ospiti.
