Iguassu Eco Hostel

Good location if you want to walk to the bird park, the falls, etc. However there isn't much else around (restaurant, groceries) and town is about 25 min away by car. Everyone keeps to themselves and there isn't really a social aspect to the hostel. The rooms are not sound proof at all and I could easily hear other guests. The shower was lukewarm at best. There are no laundry facilities. I also did get a little grossed out by some very small bugs on the bedsheets.

Very nice place to stay out in the nature. It was a short walk to the Iguazu national park and the ride from the airport is around 10 minutes. Just one negative aspect; there is not really a restaurant/ place to get food nearby. Also, the hostel does not have a restaurant/ bar. One very nice guy who was doing night shift helped us ordering something online!

Iguassu hostel has great location and welcoming staff. The rooms are basic with essential bed and bath services. The breakfast is minimal with emphasis on processed food (white bread, refined juice, etc.), which could include more eco-conscious and cost-effective foods such as fruits, natural juices, vegetables, etc., abundant in the region. The food service can be made a bit more friendlier to vegetarian guests. Overall, a good value for money if you plan to spend most of the time outdoors.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und sprechen gut englisch. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges, typisch brasilianisches Frühstück. Das Hostel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Nationalpark und dem sehr empfehlenswerten Vogelpark (beide gut zu Fuß zu erreichen). Ebenso wurden wir zu Transfers sehr gut beraten und konnten diese direkt über das Hostel buchen. Einziger Nachteil vielleicht der Hubschrauberlandeplatz in der Nähe. Achtung, es gibt sehr moderne und eher rustikale Zimmer.

Nice stay; the only drawback is from the main road you have to walk over the dirt road for about 15 min. It is a chore with heavy luggage. There is a taxi available.

Such a unique and cool hostel experience, the breakfast is great, staff was very helpful and it's in an unbeatable location right outside the entrance to the falls park!

Muy bonito lugar, simple y con mucho aire libre. La atencion fue excelente, un pequeño detalle, el dia que estuve no funcionaba el resto y habia unas viandas para calentar, las cuales eran de un precio elevado y me entere al otro dia al hacer checkout. El resto, impecable.

Highly recommend great local knowledge perfect for nature lovers

Muy bien ubicado para ir a Cataratas y Parque de las Aves, a distancia de caminata. Muy bien conectado con servicio público tanto para pasar a Argentina como para moverse en la ciudad. El personal muy amable y muy atento. El desayuno vasto, variado y rico. El lugar es hermoso y muy cómodo. Volvería sin pensarlo. 100% recomendado.
